I truly cannot say enough good things about Santiago Martinez and his apprentice Levi who came out to tackle a big drainage improvement project at our home that had been horribly botched [twice!] by a prior contractor. The job involved working in the right of way, close coordination with the city, and other complex factors. This job and the fallout from it being done poorly was a huge source of stress for us that took about 8 months of our lives. From Santiago's first visit where he came out to assess the scope of repairs/redoing the entire job, he was thorough and I could tell he really cared. He ensured everything was fully permitted and up to code, took extra care to ensure the work was not only functional but aesthetically pleasing, and made us feel completely confident that the job was, at long last, being done right by someone treating our home as they would their own. I am so grateful to Santiago for his workmanship, integrity, and customer service and I highly recommend Petersen Plumbing. I am also very grateful to Ginny Ward, the office manager, for her coordination and support to ensure all the steps fell into place. Thank you!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars as today we had Tyler and Justin come out to do a tub install and a bunch of other plumbing work. They were absolutely AMAZING! Tyler came out and gave a quote the day after I called in and fit us in only a week later and added on extra work last minute. He was extremely easy to contact and communicated everything. They got done early and cheaper than expected and did fantastic work. I have no idea how much they make but I hope these two gentlemen get some raises because they deserve it!!! Great work Tyler and Justin, we’ll be scheduling more work very soon!

I have never written a Google Review for anything before, but I must break that streak to say that Tyler from Petersen Plumbing is my new best friend. I have had an insurmountable number of plumbing issues in my house this past year and dealt with several plumbing companies, but Petersen is by far the best. I even created a contact in my phone for them. Plumbing issues are never very fun, but Tyler is always on-time, happy and very polite. He also explains the issues very well to people who aren't well-versed in the plumbing field, and answers all my plumbing questions. Thank you Tyler.

This was the 2nd plumber I used since moving to Eugene. Being concerned about cost, I did my research. Wade was dispatched and I cannot say enough good things about him. He went right to work and even pointed out an area in my bathroom he was concerned about. Turned out, it was a concern. A leak under my toilet. Together with another speciality company, 24HR Flood Pros, they addressed the problem Wade pointed out and we all went through my home to determine if there may be any other areas of concern. Thankfully, no. Wade finished his job and was on his way. I was so happy with his skills that I called back and requested Wade for another project I had. Again, he showed up, skillfully completed the job and left me feeling that I have chosen the right company for my plumbing projects. They are about to get another call from me. I am learning that it really does pay to have a skilled licensed contractor do the work.

We have used Peterson Plumbing multiple times and we have been more than satisfied each time. Today I noticed a leak under the kitchen. Within 2 hours, Jack was here and had a new garbage disposal installed. I’m impressed with how fast they respond when I call. Jack snd his apprentice were friendly, fast and professional. I love this company!

We had a plumbing emergency with water pouring…not dripping… from a light fixture that was under our upstairs bathroom. Greg and Jesse came quickly and diagnosed and repaired the problem in less than 3 hours. We were prepared for a much more complicated and expensive repair. They were knowledgeable , efficient, and friendly. I would highly recommend Austin Petersen plumbing to anyone. Thank you for great service.

I spent a couple of weeks with Joe Potter. He's the BEST! He was scheduled to fix my bathroom faucet. Upon his inspection, he realized the faucet was old, and after his initial fix that day, it wouldn't last long. Approval was given to replace the faucet, and Joe spent hours in the jungle I have in the front of my house, looking for the main line to shut off the water. Eventually, it was cleared and Joe was able to replace the bathroom faucet. He was kind, and respectful (taking his shoes off at the front door) and answered any questions I had. I can't say enough to praise Joe. He's just that great!

Hiring PPR you won't go wrong. I promise! I will recommend them to everyone I know! The entire staff was helpful from Kayla to Joe!

Just had these guys out to replace our water heater and cap some unused lines. They did an excellent job, were very kind and helpful in answering any concerns or questions we had, and the price was very fair and affordable. We will definitely be using them for any plumbing work in the future!

Petersen Plumbing was amazing to work with! They will be my only plumbing company from now on. We had a gas valve that needed replacing and they came out the next day! Prices were incredibly fair for the fantastic work the team did! They were knowledgeable, tidy with their work, and went above and beyond to help me with my problem. Petersen Plumbing has by far the best customer service that I have encountered in a long time. I had an appointment today between 8am-10am, I had someone call me to tell me the plumber was on his way to us, which was a pleasant surprise. Our plumber was very nice, respectful and even cleaned up after himself. Fixed our issues in no time at all. Thank you Petersen Plumbing!

In less than an hour, Wade #61 and Jeremy #71 from Peterson Plumbing/Austin Plumbing , Eugene, OR replaced my kitchen faucet, replaced the undersink disposal, and two requests in my bathroom. They were terrific! Both Wade and Jeremy were engaging in conversation and taught me a few things about plumbing. I am happy to endorse their expertise and will call them 1st for any plumbing needs. I called Petersen's today hoping to get my kitchen sink unclogged within the next day or two. They came today, about four hours after my call. Not only was the sink quickly unclogged, but when I mentioned the extremely low water pressure in the sink (which five years ago another plumber who was hired by my contractor had worked on and declared could not be fixed due to how the pipes had to be placed), they checked a couple things and had it fixed in about five minutes!! Real water pressure, what a treat! Before leaving they explained why they thought my drain was clogged and advised me on how to prevent it in the future. This is why when needed (with that one exception resulting in five years of a faulty "unfixable" sink, we have called Petersen's for 30 years with the same good results.

Our VERY OLD (well over 50 years) shower valve needed replacement. When I called to schedule, I was quickly advised of hourly rate. Upon arrival, the plumber went into great detail as to the complexity of dealing with ancient hidden plumbing buried deeply within walls and thoroughly explained options and described possible problems that might be uncovered as work progressed. As his work progressed, he frequently updated me as to what he was doing. When all was done, the invoice showed a "Senior Discount' that we'd not asked for...a pleasant, welcome surprise.

Why did we choose Peterson Plumbing??? The last time we needed a plumber (way back in 2014) Peterson's treated equally well...and the good news...THEIR EXCELLENT SERVICE HAS REMAINED UNCHANGED ALL THOSE YEARS!

Kurt Peterson walked me through an out door faucet project. He obtained all the supplies that I needed and he was super patient with my numerous questions. He’s such as gem for those of us that tackle home projects but terrified of breaking a water line!

What a great company! Super helpful and timely. I needed a specific size of nut for a toilet valve replacement, the guy I spoke to in parts was really helpful and when I showed up to buy it, they gave it to me for free!

When a service provider comes to your house to do repair work, it's hard to know who to trust. My experience with this company tells me they are highly ethical, will always do the right thing, and can be your trusted partner for any work that they do for you.
