The only place I call for any plumbing needs since we bought our house. Sinks, toilets and even a troublesome sprinker system they have always done us right with great work, great parts, and the best customer service. (The prices are great too) There is definitely a good reason why this company has been in business for 3 generations of family. Keep up the good work and thank you from a loyal customer.

This company is top notch. They replaced one of our outside water faucets that was very old and leaky. They did the job so precise, timely, and efficient. Very fairly priced as well. Definetly a go too for us in the future.

Glad I chose Peterson for my fix. Incredibly responsive customer service with a quick turnaround time.

Alex and Enrique were the best. Our house had some finicky older fixtures to figure out and they were able to expertly tackle every problem in an efficient manner. Once it was all said and done the fix was within our budget.

The shower is working again and the kids can finally get baths. My youngest is probably going to spend the next week pretending to be a plumber.

On January 27, 2026, my husband noticed our office carpet was wet. The wetness was in a corner where the file drawers on his massive desk was located, therefore he didn't notice it earlier. How long was our carpet wet? We had no idea.

Since the hot water tank cabinet was between our office and bathroom, we realized the water must be coming from our water heater, and all we had to do was purchase a new hot water tank.

We have used Peterson Plumbing since our previous plumber retired, which was years ago. From our first encounter, we found Peterson Plumbing honest, friendly, knowledgeable, and always fixed any plumbing problems we had.

When Jack from Peterson Plumbing delivered the new tank, he informed us they could not install the tank until a water damage inspection was performed and damages were identified and fixed.
He did, however take out the old water tank and temporarily hooked up the new tank outside the hot water cabinet, so we would have hot water.

This was our first experience with water damage. Through Jack's help, he explained that he could direct us to someone who would give us a free inspection and access the damage. We agreed to have this done, as we trusted Peterson Plumbing's reputation and recommendations. However, as a precaution, we did check out the recommended company, to find they were highly recommended by others.

We are grateful for always choosing Peterson Plumbing for all our plumbing services. They have proven to us that their plumbers and staff are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and honest.

We trust Peterson Plumbing's expertise and guidance, and highly recommend them to those that are in need of a plumber to trust, and other services that they provide.

p.s. We had to call Peterson, again, 2 days ago, because my husband noticed our sink was not draining properly. Hooray, they were here within an hour and took care of the problem! Thank you Peterson Plumbing!

Incompetent. The work they did on my 5 year old home failed after a month and they refused to come back and fix it. My home is nearly new and it was very obvious it was their workmanship that caused the issue. Would never use this company again. (Obviously not going to use my real name here…)

When I hired them to install my water heater, they charged about double what they quoted me. In less than a year, a sensor started beeping every time it got warm outside. As it was still under warranty, I called them to take a look at it. When the plumber came out to look at it, I came home and overheard him talking on the phone to his boss, as he told him to "charge the max" since the problem appeared to be a faulty sensor. When the plumber got off the phone, he saw me standing behind him. He was embarrassed, explained the issue, then suggested that I call the manufacturer about it. To be honest, my impression is that the problems here come from the top down, with a very extractive mentality. Exactly the kind of thing people fear from hiring contractors is what I experienced with these guys.

There are many good review on this company. Also this company was recommended by other website members to me. After 5 min. inspection, they claimed repair was completed BUT leak still exists. It's NOT REPAIRED! HOW DO YOU CALL THIS AS PROFESSIONAL? Also I was recommended by this company to deal with insurance claim and mitigation. So I called them and they made referral to the company called 24 Hour Flood Pro. What a joke this company! They seem to do over charge and tack on exaggerated services for insurance claim. They were slow on responses and no urgency to make things right. To top it off, they left damage to my window screen frame and carpet-hardwood floor transition strip. Totally unprofessional and another bad experience. Whole thing is complete disaster. I am quite dessapointed their recommendation/affiliation with this company and result was very frustrated bad experience. Next time when I need a plumber, I will choose someone else.

One of the drivers at 12:30 8/22 in the guitar center parking lot almost ran into my vehicle. When I alerted him with my horn, he gave me the finger and continued on his way driving recklessly. Unprofessional behavior in a vehicle marked with company branding.
