It was easy to book service in line. Good communication by Roto Rooter to advise of arrival time. The tech Travis was very polite and helpful and took time to explain the reason for the back up and provided preventative methods.

Shawn was amazing! Middle of the night but he quickly came and saved us from our plumbing disaster and educated us to boot. I felt in very good hands. My basement was starting to flood! I called RotoRooter around 10 am on a SUNDAY and Cody came at 2 pm. He showed me why I needed to replace my water heater, left then came back w/an extra guy (I think Jose?) to help haul the old 50 gallon tank up my basement stairs and haul the new one down there, which I knew probably broke their backs, and they were gone by 6 pm. It was expensive, but the speed and customer service alone were worth it. Thanks to both those gentleman for their time and hard work.

Juan arrived on time and diagnosed the problem with the blockage super fast. When we needed extra scope proof to give to the city, he returned same day so we were able to start repair process with the city the same day. Very impressed with customer service and professionalism

There are fine plumbers, everywhere. But this particular office and staff of plumbers happens to stand out as the best I’ve ever experienced. Prompt, personable, reasonably priced and above all.. honest and kind and professional. It just doesn’t get better. Above and beyond and no undo charges

Our toilet backed up at 7pm. Ammon said he’d be by after finishing the job he was on. He came at 9:30 and tried to unblock the sewer pipe but his scope caught in the roots that were clogging the pipe. He stayed until 2:30 in the morning digging out the pipe in the dark to get the clog unblocked so we could use the water! Thats some serious dedication. Above and beyond!
He’s coming back today to repair the pipe completely.

The technician was very fast and knowledgeable. He informed me of everything that was wrong and his to prevent future issues. I will use RotoRooter again.

Their plumber showed up on time and was very efficient. He cleared the underground pipes that were connected to two of our downspouts. Water was backing up in our gutters. He fixed the problem and the water is now draining through the underground pipes into the street. Job well done!!

We had been having issues with the pipes of the original house since we bought it and they said they would dig it up replace the damage pipes. We paid over $2000 for them to do it and they only replaced around 5 feet of pipes and it never solved our issue. We recently found out that our line was connected to our neighbors and THAT is what was causing our issue but roto rooter never found that even after using cameras. We recently paid $3000 for another company to separate our lines and they replaced over 30+ feet of pipes. I’m definitely never recommending this service to anyone.

We had a blockage in the sewer drain that blocked the entire house. Travis came out and was available to repair the clog and all the other independent clogs in the house. Super nice, super helpful and great at communicating what he was doing and what the costs were. Called at 3:50 PM and they were able get a service man to our residence by 4:30. I pulled up to our home at the prescribed time and they were already on it. Travis was very good; knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. He was quick and was able to clear the problem within 15-20 minutes. I wood not hesitate to call again, when needed. My main sewer line was clogged and dumping out of the clean out into my front yard….on a Sunday afternoon. Technician Travis got back to me about 15 mins after my initial call. He was at my house 20 mins later and had the sewer drain cleared within an hour. The service is guaranteed for 6 months too. Great service at a fair price!

All the staff are wonderful! Jason and his crew always save the day at my residence! Jason is professional and knowledgeable. He always leaves the area worked on free from debris. He is pleasant and a nice person. Roto Rooter is the only name I trust to work on my house.
