They were great to deal with and had a porta potty available in short order for our event. It was clean and the delivery driver was very friendly.

Make sure you are told they have a 3% charge if you pay by credit card. Although a small amount, by law they have to disclose it. Instead of just refunding it for a longtime customer they just argued and gave excuses and blamed me. Very disappointed since i have used them since they went in business.

They contacted me about my lost I.D. Card, Debit Card, Health Insurance Card, and Hop Card, to have them returned to my hand instead of destroying them t
through Facebook, which shows how aware the people are at the company.

These people admittedly brought a black water tank, still filled with fecal residue, to be used in a family kitchen space as a grey water tank. I asked if they would please sanitize it, because tiny bugs constantly fly out of the sink drain and land on clean dishes, food, kitchen surfaces, etc. They said that they will not clean it, and that the overwhelming fecal odors should gradually go away.

Administrator, Kari, was knowledgeable and very accommodating. The team also handled my tricky delivery, which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend and will use again. Thank you!

Let me better describe their business.. The #2 is above the #1 hence the above all is unsanitary. My 3 children share a porto with one other family and noticed that the sanitary water was filled very low compared to any other ever seen.. I kindly left a note asking for more solution so flies would not be on the #2 then landing on us and all around. They toke the note and left barely any - half what was being left before. I've been unable to make contact or leave message otherwise.

Just scheduled a porta potty rental for a party and a septic service pumping. The lady on the phone was amazingly nice and was able to give me all the information I needed. We rented a porta potty from them a few years ago for a party and the unit was very clean and the team placed the unit exactly where we needed it. Highly recommend.

The most inconsistent company I’ve ever dealt with. On multiple occasions they failed to show up or even call. The front office complained that their driver had to spend 11 whole minutes at our house then dropped us for being an inconvenience. “It just wasn’t worth it”. Do not count on these people.
