I couldn't ask for a better experience. I needed some work done on the drain field for my septic system. Travis and Tyler were great, they walked me through each step, gave me all the options available so I could make sound knowledgeable decisions. Thank you both so much

One of their employees used their system to steal my personal information for her own personal gain. I wouldn’t be surprised if she does that all the time. I called and complained that this employee had done something that reckless and unprofessional and they NEVER did anything about it. She’s still gainfully employed. Your personal information is not safe with this company and they are going to do next to nothing to make sure they maintain high ethical standards and good business practices. Take your business to a company that will protect your information and uphold honest values!

Edit: I don’t have the legal issues! It’s your employee’s legal case that I didn’t have anything at all to do with! I’ve never even met that woman! She used your company database to research, harvest and disseminate my information. Period. Take some accountability for your employee’s inappropriate use of your property.

Travis and his team are awesome! I needed their help on short notice and they pulled it off so I could meet a deadline. Definitely recommend them and we’ll continue to use them for all our septic needs.

Wonderful family owned business. I had our past-due septic tank pumped, and a riser installed. I had the pleasure of interacting with 4 different members of the company and all were warm, kind, and extremely professional. I have highly recommended Above All Sanitation to my family and friends.

I was expecting the driver to knock on the the door of my house when they arrived with the porta-potty. Instead he just called on the phone and I couldn't answer the phone at the time. The driver drove away and came back and delivered the porta-potty the following day. Now the sanitation company just sent me an invoice for $35 because they had to come back a second time. I called and explained this to the office staff, but I was told that their "drivers don't have time to knock on doors". I'll pay this $35 invoice, but I'm really disappointed in the level of service from this local company. 2 stars because the porta-potty was clean.

I use them for a special event as well as routine services- excellent service and always clean potties. These guys work HARD. We appreciate it and so do our patrons. 10/10 recommend

Thank you to Above All Sanitation. The young man showed up when scheduled, pumped our tank, checked the main line and worked to get our issue resolved. The gentleman was informative, kind and professional.

I was told when we set up service, both by the office and the driver, that there was no schedule for our area since they were out here "all the time" and if we called and gave them 2 days notice they would be here to drain the tank. I called on a Thursday morning and left a message, and with no response again on Friday morning. Finally received a call back and was told our "route day" was Wednesday! Our tank has been full for several days now. Since I can't hold it that long, I canceled service and went with Bucks. Far less expensive, and they answer their phones!

Hands down one of the worst businesses I've dealt with. I decided to give them a chance, I had paid them up front and kept my payments on time every month. Unfortunately not every month we got service, they would take the money out of my account yet no one would show up to clean out the Porta potty. I'm multiple occasions I had to do it myself with a shop vac, because they refuse to come service it. Even though we had paid up front.....then I called to cancel the porta potty. They waited a week, until the next billing cycle to pick it up. finally after they picked up , and all balances were $0, they sent a bill into collections. They are a sham!!!!!

I hired Above All Sanitation to remove roots from my sewer line on my newly purchased home. There was a crack in the line five feet deep where roots had entered. Travis and his crew were very professional and took great care not to disturb the gas, water and the septic lines all in the direct area. I really appreciated the neat and tidy way they left the job site. I would definitely hire this company for any further work I might need.

TERRIBLE COMPANY!! I'd give them NO STARS if I had the option.. They came to my house, messed up my 5th wheel and then proceed to call my wife and I liars when we called and held them accountable for their mistake and then proceeded to tell us they can no longer do business with us after we signed up and paid money for weekly visits. We used Bucks sanitation forever and switched to this cheap nonsense company for 2 weeks and we had a massive backup in our septic...I don't care what bucks cost, its worth not ever having to deal with Travis or his rude "guys" ever again!!! This company is proof that you get whay you pay for.. And by the looks of the other reviews, this company has a huge problem with taking accountability when they screw up, so they tell the customer its their problem. If you care about quality and customer service, avoid this scammy company!! 0/0 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND..

Always answers or follows up quickly on calls. Very flexible and responsive scheduling for dropping off porta potties at job sites. I've never needed to call anyone else for job site restrooms in the last half decade.

Made an absolute mess of my yard, driving the truck where they should not have been driving. I enclosed a photo of the damage , and requested some soil to fill in the mess that was made in the yard but they didn't respond. I even offered to do the work myself if they would drop of the soil. They aren't good people to work with and have no respect for the property of others.

We had a very challenging time finding a company that would fix our septic system. Given the layout of our yard, it was a difficult job and we learned that not every sanitation company is easy to work with. But, once we got in touch with Above All Sanitation, everything went smoothly. They came out quickly, gave us an honest and thorough quote for the project, and immediately got us on the schedule. The work they did was exactly what we needed and we're in a great shape now. I can't recommend them enough and I just wish we had found them sooner.

We live in Lane county and were working on a project involving our septic tank when it was brought to our attention that a permit had not been completed and the work done was not in compliance. We were extremely stressed because we had already spent a lot of money and were afraid it wouldn’t work out. I called Travis and he came to our house the next day. He completed all of the necessary paperwork and the permit was issued the next day. Travis completed the proposed work, for the price quoted, providing us with pictures of everything that was done. We are so thankful that we called Above All Sanitation.

I highly recommend above all sanitation! They do fantastic work. When we bought our house and had to have a new septic tank put in, they ran into a Hornets nest. They were everywhere. That did not stop them. They got rid of the nest and put the septic tank in. I’m sure it was a memorable experience for them. Thank you, Travis and crew

Today a drivers vehicle threw a rock and cracked the windshield on my new vehicle. The younger driver was distracted with something in the truck cab and I was unable to get his attention. I called the company number immediately after it happened. The gal on the phone was nice and requested that photos and dashcam footage be sent which I did. Travis returned my call and stated that since I was in the other lane of traffic and they have mudflaps that it couldn’t possibly have been them. He denied any responsibility and suggested I call my insurance or go to Safelite. Very disappointed a local business would be so unwilling to take any responsibility and offer to negotiate help with replacement costs. I won’t be recommending them to anyone.

We had a very complex and expensive septic system that the county required, and hiring this company was the best decision we could have made. Travis was incredible to work with, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. He went out of his way to make sure everything was done quickly and efficiently , especially since we were expecting our baby any day and wanted to make sure we had an operating system.
The whole crew worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner, and Travis even went above and beyond to take care of a few extra things for us that he absolutely didn’t have to do. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really showed the pride he takes in his work.
