Troy is an awesome artist with that chainsaw of his!

Troy Danks has been a local tree service worker his whole life. Danks Tree Service has been in operation for decades in Lane County. As a General Contractor/Architect (CCB#228085) working in Lane County for decades myself I can honestly say I wouldn't call anyone else for landscaping and tree care.

The large maple tree in my front yard was severely damaged in the ice storm early this year. Rather than have it cut down completely, I had it cut back to a snag tree. I saw Troy's site with all the wonderful carvings he's done and knew right away that I wanted him to carve critters to place in my tree. He did a magnificent job creating a squirrel, two owls, a racoon, and a wood spirit for the snag. It looks spectacular! The neighbors love it, and I most certainly do too.

Recently we had Troy carve a large tree stump near our driveway to a fantastic one of a kind piece of art. It is so much fun to come home to it and will bring joy for many years to come. So much more fun than paying a company to come remove the stump. Troy is also super nice and very communicative. Highly recommend his work.

We're so pleased with how Troy created our property "wards," the spirit owl and the Old Man of the Tree. He chainsaw-carved our tall tree stump. He is a gifted & skilled chain-carver, as well as a tree specialist. We left that stump tall on purpose a while back. It's now perfect! His efficiency, artistic skill, and experience is much appreciated. We were happy to pay him for great service. Highly recommended!

I commissioned a special request.Troy was able to create something for us that came from a tree with sentimental value. The wood wasn't in the best shape but Troy did amazing work. Gave progress reports along the way. I would recommend Troy if you want a carving.

Tony, did a beautiful wood carving on our 7foot tree stump. He did a fantastic job. And I wood recommend to any one who want a wood carving. I have an owl in flight with a tree and woodland spirit.
Thank you so much Tony.

The number associated with this tree service isnt the right number for the tree service and nobody knows where Eric is!
