I called around for quotes to remove a row of arborvitaes. Rich’s was a little move expensive, but they had the most consistently good reviews. So from the time I called to the time they came out for a quote was about a week. Again, higher cost than expected, but he said they could get it done that day- tree stump removal and all. We agreed on their quote and 3 super awesome and knowledgeable guys came out and just obliterated the trees. Roughly 2 hours and the trees/stumps were just gone. The side of my house turned from a dark alley to this great, open space. My qualms about the cost were immediately eliminated. You pay for the experience of the guys that come out, their care with your property, the way they clean up afterwards, and the way they take the extra steps to do it right. One of the guys that was doing the stump removal was working something like a ditch witch with a remote while he held up a barrier to ensure no debris kicked off towards my house. If you think they quote high, they don’t. They quote for the professionalism and care. It’s worth it. I’ve paid for many different jobs on my property, and I’ve never immediately known that I would rehire them for another job like I did with Rich’s. Hands down, hire these guys.
We had an old tree removed on a rental property in a tight location. Rich’s did the job with precision and excellence, leaving it completely clean after! We will definitely use them again!

Unbelievable professional service from the first phone call to Rich himself and his friendly office staff. The effort these guys put forth to remove 7 Douglas fir tree's and 2 alders all in one day was short of amazing. Two crews showed up on time and went right to work. We would recommend Rich's Tree service to everyone we know. It's good to know that there's a awesome local company that we can rely on to get the job done at a fair price. 👍 Thank you!
Rich's team was able to come out the day after the estimate. During the walk-through for the estimate, Rich showed me how to break down the whole amount of work into several manageable jobs, told me what didn't need to be a priority and where it was most wise to invest. The team will return in 2 weeks to grind the stumps. While it was shocking to take those old trees out, they were past their prime, rotting, and it would have been unsafe to leave them another year. The shrubs under the windows were not rotten, but also past their prime and unmanageable.
Rich’s Tree Service has been my go-to company for anything tree/scrub related. They excel in customer service, extremely knowledgeable estimator, experienced crew and very responsive to any follow up questions I may have had. I will continue to use them annually for my tree trimming/pruning needs and highly recommend them to anyone!
