We had work performed by Environmental Works this week. Mark our salesperson was clear on the process and timeline to install the radon mitigation system. The tech completed the work in 1 day and left no mess behind. We would highly recommend them and would use them in the future.

Jacob Hayes saved the day! Our general home inspector was unable to locate the sewer access. Jacob showed up and found 2 clean outs in less than 5 minutes. Completed the scope, submitted report and off he went! Clear communication, very efficient and professional.

Today we had a jetting done of our systems, we had a gentleman named Colby who was very professional and did an amazing job! He was on time didnt complain when we had to clean up for a few extra minutes, he kept everything clean and made sure the issue was fixed before leaving! 5 stars would recommend price is very fair to other companies, in the end we are glad we chose Environmental Works and glad Colby did an amazing job!

Hired EWorks to test, then install radon mitigation device. Everyone, from front desk to tester and installer, was professional and nice. Installer left all areas cleaned. Scheduling was never a problem.

E. Works is professional, competitive and easy to work with. Their staff is also really fun and knowledgable. Most recently, Colby helped a client with a radon mitigation system test & bid. He was great!

Highly recommend Environmental Works for your plumbing needs! They've done multiple jobs in our 1920s Portland home and we've been very happy with the their proposals, their licensed plumbers and as a repeat customer, all of their work has been exceptional. They've done a major line replacement, water heater check ups, and most recently they helped with water in our basement due to roots. This most recent issue was a big concern so they sent their 'fixer' Jeremy Olson who was awesome! His efforts found roots on the city side which led the city to act immediately by replacing a major portion of their main in the street. Again, Highly Recommend EW!

I needed a radon system installed because the existing system was not installed correctly. EW worked with me and Mark came out and did several quotes, for radon system and crawl space. I talked with Max and Mark with questions about the quote and changes to be made. They worked with me on this. I just decided to do the radon system first because the levels were high for now. Chase came out and installed the system and installed like was described in the quote. Chase did work with me to change how the piping would go in the attic and it came out super, lowering the radon levels right away. I will continue to monitor but they have a guarantee of less than a certain level. Max, Mark, and Chase were all a please to work with.

Environmental Works came out to test the radon levels in our basement and provide a quote for a mitigation system when my partner and I purchased our new home. They were great to work with, communicated clearly, and were incredibly insightful and friendly. Shout out to the team who helped us out — Chase, Nathan, and Mark! Highly recommend!

I needed power to be replaced in an existing pump house. Tommy, Tino and Aidi showed up to a difficult situation. I hoped it would only take 2 days to solve my problems. They were done in 3/4 of a day. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, quite and focused. The results are great, even better than I had hoped. I would recommend this company solely on the performance of these 3 employees

I got soil and air quality testing done with Environmental Works on my new property near the highway, great experience. They were super responsive, had the tests administered within days, and communicated with me and my agents to interpret the test results. Thank you Lionel and team.

Got a few quotes for an old oil tank decommissioning. Environmental Works were the most professional and thorough, and surprisingly also had the best quote for the work. My oil tank was underneath an AC unit that was added later, and while I lucked into the tank not having had a leak, the workers were able to dig out part of the side and complete the work without disturbing the concrete pad the AC unit was on. I was expecting a huge headache and a lot of potential problems, but it turned out to be smooth and easy. Overall, super happy with the work and was impressed with the service and recommend them to anyone who needs a similar job performed!

I finally had them come to my home for a sewer scope, Colby was on time, very nice, showed me the camera footage while explaining what he saw, a very good experience! We had a great experience with EW! We needed a radon mitigation system installed after we purchased our 1947 house. EW was so responsive & Mark was great to work with! Mark came to give us a quote quickly, answered my (many many) questions as first time homeowners and made sure we understood everything thoroughly before installation. He really helped guide us and work with us on what we needed with very fair pricing. Great communication all around.

Chase installed our radon system day of and was just as great to work with - self sufficient, quick & clean. Worked with our space to make the system fit right in like it was always there and it works perfectly!

They are doing a follow up test in 3 months to make sure that our radon levels stay down and the system is set up for long term success. Which is SO great & reassuring, they clearly care about their work and service!

Sol gave me a quote one year ago I wasn’t able to act on given my finances at the time. When he returned this year he didn’t jack up the price. I was so relieved. The cost was very reasonable compared to all the other quotes I received. The radon reading came back well below the readings prior to getting the mitigation work. Mark gave me info on buying a kit to run my own tests if I wanted more assurances. I love their guarantee. I can live in peace now. Thank you to the guys who did the work. They were professional and efficient. It was an excellent experience.

Colby came out and he was amazing! So kind, knowledgeable, absolutely a pleasure to work. I pray to not need any sewer work anytime soon- but if we do we will be calling environmental works!

I appreciate that the bid for our radon mitigation was conducted in person and that it included the electrical outlet needed to complete the job, rather than having to hire an electrician to finish the job. Mark gave a fair bid and I could not be happier with our installer, Dan. Highly recommend for your radon mitigation needs.

Jeremy came out to give me an estimate for a drain outside my basement door that has failed. He talked me through several options and he listened to my concerns and my many questions. These people are grifters. My real estate agent recommended them to decommission the cesspit that was found in my yard by the sewer inspection. They sent a bid for $5100. Painful, but they buyer wants it done before closing. Then I was told that I had to pay $250 for them to come out and locate it, even though it had already been located. This is in addition to the estimate. So they send this 20-something kid out. He spends all of 15 minutes on my property, most of which is locating the oil tank that we explicitly told him had already been decommissioned. He told me he saw no reason that the workers would have to damage my patio, which I paid $12000 to have professionally installed.

Project day arrives. They send super young dudes out to my house with a digger. I doubt they were old enough to buy beer. I asked how they protect the ground from the machine. They must have misunderstood because they told me they put down plywood. Nope. They drove it through my neighbor's yard and my yard after heavy rains leaving deep tracks, then they dug a foot into my patio. When they uncovered the cesspit it was already 3/4 full. So here's me thinking surely my bill will be lower, right? There was a quote for materials and labor. Less materials were needed to fill the hole. Less labor. Nope. Bill arrives for $5100. They also say they will put down grass seed, and that never happened either. So they tore up my yard and my neighbor's yard, damaged my patio and didn't even put grass seed down.

Avoid this company. Greedy, unprofessional, sent unsupervised kids to do the work, don't do what they say they will do, and they do not care how they treat your property.

Great company to work with. Colby came out to do a sewer line inspection. He was very proffessional and took extra measures to protect the floors and the home clean at all times. 5 Stars for EW and an extra 5 for Colby.
