I called around for quotes to remove a row of arborvitaes. Rich’s was a little move expensive, but they had the most consistently good reviews. So from the time I called to the time they came out for a quote was about a week. Again, higher cost than expected, but he said they could get it done that day- tree stump removal and all.

We agreed on their quote and 3 super awesome and knowledgeable guys came out and just obliterated the trees. Roughly 2 hours and the trees/stumps were just gone. The side of my house turned from a dark alley to this great, open space.

My qualms about the cost were immediately eliminated. You pay for the experience of the guys that come out, their care with your property, the way they clean up afterwards, and the way they take the extra steps to do it right.

One of the guys that was doing the stump removal was working something like a ditch witch with a remote while he held up a barrier to ensure no debris kicked off towards my house.

If you think they quote high, they don’t. They quote for the professionalism and care. It’s worth it. I’ve paid for many different jobs on my property, and I’ve never immediately known that I would rehire them for another job like I did with Rich’s.

Hands down, hire these guys.

We had an old tree removed on a rental property in a tight location. Rich’s did the job with precision and excellence, leaving it completely clean after! We will definitely use them again!

Great business, will use them again in the future for sure. The bid was very reasonable, they were on time, and communicated great. Jamie was fantastic when on site, got the job done, and cleaned up all the debris.

Unbelievable professional service from the first phone call to Rich himself and his friendly office staff. The effort these guys put forth to remove 7 Douglas fir tree's and 2 alders all in one day was short of amazing. Two crews showed up on time and went right to work. Rich's team was able to come out the day after the estimate. During the walk-through for the estimate, Rich showed me how to break down the whole amount of work into several manageable jobs, told me what didn't need to be a priority and where it was most wise to invest. The team will return in 2 weeks to grind the stumps. While it was shocking to take those old trees out, they were past their prime, rotting, and it would have been unsafe to leave them another year. The shrubs under the windows were not rotten, but also past their prime and unmanageable.

Rich’s Tree Service has been my go-to company for anything tree/scrub related. They excel in customer service, extremely knowledgeable estimator, experienced crew and very responsive to any follow up questions I may have had.
I will continue to use them annually for my tree trimming/pruning needs and highly recommend them to anyone!

Ethan and his crew did an amazing job cleaning up 5 trees on our property. They cleaned up years of storm damage and deadwood out of our trees and gave them a clean bill of health. They actively engaged with us in how high to clean up the lower limbs and made sure we were satisfied before they left, and made sure the area they were working in was cleaner than when they arrived. Will definitely be working with them again next time the trees need work.

We had a wonderful team from Rich’s Tree Service prune two large Japanese Maples and a Cherry Tree. Riley, Ethan and Jacob did an amazing job. They took great care and beautifully pruned these trees. I was very pleased with how careful they were making sure my other plants did not get damaged as they worked. I have had other tree services walk in garden beds or drop limbs on plants and damage them as they worked. Ethan told me he just passed his Arborist Certification and shared many tips with me to enhance the health of my trees. Not only did they do an amazing pruning job, Ethan, Jacob and Riley were all very kind, communicative and wanted to be sure they met all expectations. I highly recommend Rich’s Tree Service and the crew of Riley, Jacob and Ethan. I will definitely request this crew for my next tree pruning needs.

Ethan and Jacob from Rich’s Tree Service did an outstanding job trimming and thinning a huge Sweet Gum tree in my front yard. They were very knowledgeable and efficient! I would highly recommend Rich’s Tree Service.

Their work lives up to the previous reviews. They work fast, hard and safe, filling several trucks with wood, but done in one day, even though they take time to clean up the site. Rich's has the equipment to do most any job. You get your money's worth for good work.

This is our 2nd time using Rich’s. Riley, Cade and Tyler did an excellent job taking down a very large fir tree in our backyard. They were very professional and courteous. They cleaned everything up when done! I would recommend Rich’s Tree Service.

Ethan from Rich's tree service was a true hero today.

A northern flicker was trapped at the very top of one of our mature poplars and had been stuck there upside down for many hours. Despite calling numerous wildlife agencies, it was Ethan from Rich's who arrived, after his work shift, to help us dislodge this beautiful bird. A very selfless individual, you could sense his compassionate heart and willingness to go above and beyond. It is people like Ethan who help restore faith in the goodness of humanity.

Ethan, you were a godsend today, and we will forever thank you. Thank you Rich's, and most especially Ethan, for being there for us when no one else could. We will definitely be referring all to Rich's from now on.

We had Rich's remove these two monster cottonwood trees from our yard recently. Josh and crew did an amazing job, and gave the neighbor kids an entertaining day. They even removed all of the wood. AJ did a great job grinding up the remaining stumps and roots. It's really going to give us piece of mind when the east winds come, knowing we don't have to worry about more downed limbs or a tree falling. Thanks Josh, AJ and crew. Great work!

Rich’s Tree Service spent all day on April 11th trimming up the tall trees on my property. They did a beautiful job led by Derek Langone. It is always a concern when you have people climbing trees and trimming them but the safety was impeccable. I have used this service several times in the past and will use them in the future. Great job done safely.

Highly impressed with this company. Luke came out this morning right on time and Marco stopped by to trim the trees this afternoon. Marco was very professional and did an amazing job trimming the trees and cleaning up afterward. What a great company!!

Third time using Rich’s Tree Service. They have been wonderful every time. Recently had AJ and Riley here to remove a dead tree. They did an amazing job and both were so incredibly nice. I asked for a quote to remove 2 more trees and they took care of them as well. I can’t speak highly enough about this company.

If you need trees pruned, removed, or salvaged, I highly recommend Rich's Tree Service, Inc. Last year they cleaned up a 100+ foot doug fir that blew down, and then removed the 3 sister trees that were also a hazard. They also pruned our even-older and larger Doug fir, that withstood this year's ice storm like a champ (unlike equally-sized trees all around us that had not been pruned).

Today they pruned up three trees that were crowded and/or needed thinning and removed one sickly pine. Incredibly professional, nice, and super-safe and efficient!

I have seen a LOT of tree removals happening around us in the last several weeks and many of them looked a bit questionable to downright dangerous. Uh, no thanks!
