Jamie, Jacob and Carson did a fantastic job trimming our beech tree up and away from our house. It’s the second time we’ve used Riches and will continue to use them in the future.

Rich's Tree Service is Amazing ! They showed up on time and were super friendly and respectful of our property. They removed a giant Weeping Beech Tree with a Crane, the crew was really efficient. when they finished , they left our property cleaner than they found it. I Highly Recommend Rich's Tree Service ! This is the second time I've hired Rich's Tree Service and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Fast quotes (thank you Luke) and fairly priced. I put myself on their "fill-in" schedule. Jacob and Jaime arrived yesterday afternoon and within 1.5 hours took down 2 small trees and limbed up a large tree. Super fast, professional, incredibly kind and left the worksite impeccably clean. Take it from a repeat customer, this is a great company.

Jason and team were pros. Polite, professional and a happy team. Asked my opinions when needed. Third time I’m hired the company and I would recommend them again. They trim trees for the health and maintenance of your tree and property.

The job was to raise the lower canopy 15 feet, of the HUGE sequoia tree in my front yard. The branches were hanging so low that I could extend my arm to touch them. The tree now looks PERFECT with a high and even-all-around trim.

Upon arriving Ethan and I went over the job details.
Ethan was very respectful and easy to interact with.
As the job progressed, Ethan consulted with me a couple of times to make sure I was happy with the work progress.
At the end, they cleaned up the work area.

Absolute pros.

Jordan, River, and Kevin came on site and they were efficient, swift, and most importantly, safe. They communicated all their actions and took the time to rig all parts of the tree. After the tree was removed, they took the time to sweep and blow away all the debris.

They were incredibly easy to work with and respectful. We were sad to cut down our Old Man Cedar, but they made the experience enjoyable and memorable.

Ethan thoroughly discussed the job and our expectations prior to the work beginning. We had a row of Italian Cypress that had grown and expanded exponentially during the summer and we were at a loss to trim them up. Ethan understood exactly what needed to get accomplished. He was extremely polite,thorough, very knowledgeable, quick, did a great job cleaning up the area afterwards and his work far exceeded our expectations!

I have two fireplaces: one in my basement den and another on the main floor in the living room, both of which hadn't been used in over 12 years. I decided to start using the living room fireplace again, knowing it needed significant work. The team arrived promptly and completed the job efficiently. After the necessary waiting period for the brickwork to set, I was excited to try it out. The fireplace looked and worked great, but I noticed smoke coming in through the old basement fireplace.
I called the company to explain the issue, and they came the same day to resolve it. Now, I have a lovely fireplace with no smoke coming into the house. I highly recommend this company for their excellent service and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Igor and his team came to our rescue when we had a fireplace/chimney emergency at the coast. They repaired everything, installed a new gas fireplace, worked with the fire department and our property management team. We were back up and running in under two weeks! Northwest Natural came out and red tagged my gas furnace because the gas was not venting out of the home. I called an HVAC person but they said it was beyond their scope. I called Family Chimney Repair and they came out same day to give me a free estimate. Unfortunately, the issue was more than just a simple clog. Other problems and obstacles arose during the inspection and repair but with their expertise and determination they were able to clear the massive buildup, finagle a new liner inside, repair the shoulder and repair the top of the chimney and the flashing which had previously been installed incorrectly.
I am very happy with the service, the kindness and understanding of the company and the fairness of their pricing.

We had a great experience with Family Chimney Repair. The communication and customer service was excellent. We did not expect to have to rebuild our chimney but Igor explained the concerns and risks to our old chimney. The rebuild looks nice and the cost seemed fair.
