Very happy with the trimming and pruning of our large maple and sweetgum. The crew (Jamie, Nick and Jacob) were very friendly, professional and did a really nice clean-up job when finished. Would recommend Rich's for sure, and will use them again in the future.

Well, we have now found ourselves a tree service that we'll use forever. When we realized we absolutely couldn't put off addressing our tree issues any longer, we contacted three local companies, including Rich's Tree Service. Rich's was the first to get back to us, and Rich himself came out immediately to assess the situation.

Our largest tree was very overgrown and had become dangerous in wind, heavy rain, and ice events. We were afraid it couldn't be saved. Although Rich said he'd be willing to cut down the tree if necessary, he really wanted to save it - and so did we.

The work, which included both cabling and extensive pruning, wasn't inexpensive. It was easy to see where the money went, however. A full crew spent hours addressing three trees, and the end results were definitely worth the price. We are thrilled.

No question, we'll be calling on Rich in the future to keep our trees safe, healthy, and looking good.

Rich's was working at my neighbor's house while I was doing some yard work and taking down a small maple tree. They came over and asked if I'd like them to put my tree limbs through their chipper which was so nice! They helped me clean up my pile of branches and gave me a great load of mulch. So friendly and helpful!

I had one part of tree go down during the last ice, that was the smaller of the two. Both trees were very old but rotting inside and a safety hazard. So Rich’s to the rescue, the team show up on time maybe even a little earlier. Once they got started it was amazing to watch. The team was very polite and very concerned about the not having any accidents with my property and themselves.
If in the future or if anyone I know needs tree service I most differently go to and recommend Rich’s tree service. And ask for Ethan and Chad!

Riley and Hunter just finished trimming back my Magnolia tree and did an amazing job! They are fast, efficient and they completely cleaned all of the debris from the yard, the neighbors yard and the street. They were so kind and personable too! Riches Tree Service is the best. I highly recommend them!

We hired Rich's Tree Service to remove a 75 ft. Douglas fir tree and prune several branches from an oak tree in Beaverton. We got quotes from three different tree service companies, and Rich's Tree Service fell in the middle in terms of pricing. However, their professionalism and knowledge stood out, so we chose them. They completed the job in one day. The fir tree was removed without any damage to the nearby house, the stump was grinded, and the pruning improved the oak tree's appearance. The team left the site clean and tidy. Overall, I was happy with their service and will hire them again.

We unfortunately had to get rid of our 3 trees in our front yard because a rogue firework set them on fire on 4th oh July 2023. It almost set our home and neighbors home on fire, so we had to get rid of them. They were beautiful trees that provided lovely shade and charm to our home but we absolutely had to do it due to the safety of our family and neighbors! We also had them trim our two trees in the back yard that were touching our house and going over into the neighbors yard. The team from Rich's tree service even went over to the neighbors homes and helped them clean up all the debris that fell into their yards. They were so nice and professional the entire time they were here. We will be recommending them to everyone we know!
To our neighbors: we sincerely apologize for the noise that came with this project. We did not want to inconvenience or bother anyone in this way, but tree removal is definitely not a quiet job and safety was our main concern for everyone. We thank you so much for your understanding!

Rich's Tree Service was awesome to work with. Quick response time and expert service. Ethan and team came out today and cut massive branches out of my 180ft. fir tree in the pouring rain. After they were done, they were out there blowing off my patio and walkways in the pouring rain even though those areas were a mess before they did the tree work and none of the mess was their doing. Would highly recommend.

We had the best experience with Rich’s, Ethan and Ben did an amazing job. They removed a tree, trimmed our hedge and trimmed a tree in no time. Ethan and Ben we professional, experienced and quick. They were efficient and through in the clean up as well. I will definitely ask for Ethan and Ben for our next job, I cannot say enough about the great job they did for us.

I have hired Rich's Tree Service twice and I have always been impressed with their work. I had them take out three trees and grind the stumps, they sent two guys AJ and Enrique who were fantastic, they were fast, efficient and cleaned up the tree debris miraculously. It was so clean it looked like they had not even been there. This company is top notch! I would highly recommend them!

I have two very overgrown fig trees, and I called multiple services for bids. Rich's Estimator Luke responded right away and their bid was in line with the others. I needed it done soon, and they accommodated me. Ethan and Ben showed up, and in about 90 minutes they had it done. Ethan checked in with me first to set expectations and get any input from me. Then after they were done they checked in again to make sure I was satisfied. They cleaned up after themselves and I was very pleased with the work done. I can see why they get so many positive reviews.

On Tuesday September 3rd of 2024 employees of Rich's Tree Service were across the street from my home pruning a neighbors tree. I crossed the street and asked them to prune back a tree on my side. They gave me a quote and, were happy to involve that in their schedule once they finished at the neighbors. Their office made payment over the phone simple and fast. The Cutter & Tender, Riley & AJ made short work of the job with top of the line equipment. Very happy with their company and friendly professional service we received. Thank you.

We had a huge tree come down during the recent storm on Mt. Hood. Rich's Tree Service had the crew out the next day. Josh, Marco and Ben were amazing. Very nice, explained everything, did a great job cleaning up, and even cleaned the storm debris from my neighbor's yard. Highly recommend.

Another amazing job by Rich's Tree Service. Crew leader Jamie was an amazing chainsaw master up in the tangle of our 45-foot Honeylocust and Riley and Robert on his team did an excellent job down on the ground making sure that the landscape below was left in great shape and the debris was completely cleaned up and hauled away. Complicating the work was a raft of powerline just behind the tree and a steep set of steps down to the alley, where their chipper was located.

The crew did a great job taking both the Honeylocust and a 35-foot magnolia down in just half a day, with great care taken to protect our back yard. They were here on time, worked face and SAFE and were a pleasure to work with. They even put up with a photo-bug taking a bunch of photos of them at work...!

We've had Rich's do work for us before, and we'll definitely be calling them again. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Rich’s Tree Service! We had a massive Cedar tree on our property that hangs over multiple lines that run to our house. With winter coming we wanted the tree evaluated for safety as it’s been looking a little rough. Rich came out and gave us the news that the tree was unhealthy and the best option was removal. We found the estimate to be very fair and the office was able to schedule the removal within a week!

Jordan, Ryan, Carson and Hogen were on the crew that came out to complete the tree removal and stump grinding. They were so friendly, and we couldn’t be more impressed with their work. The entire process took about 4 hours and they left the area clean and with no damage, even though it was a tight space to work. Even our neighbors were impressed with the job and how safely and efficiently they worked.

I would gladly use Rich’s Tree Service in the future and recommend them to family and friends.
