The service was great and they deserve a 5 star for that but the fact you can’t call them or talk to them is why I did a 4 star review. They have a booking service which was very limited and until the tech actually showed up I had no idea if they really understood what I needed. The booking detailed said to repair or quote a new system but I never wanted to have a new system quoted. In the end the tech was great, fixed our issue in like 45 minutes and it was worth every penny. I usually leave these reviews with “Tell them Bob sent you” but you can’t talk to them so…

Look no further. You WILL have a positive experience with these guys. Bryant came out and installed a whole new heat pump, air handler, and venting to the entire house. The work is solid and punctual and the communication is prompt and professional. Grade A work.

I had a multi room Mitsubishi ductless unit installed in my large house which I love!!! Bryant is such a hard worker! He ran line that was quite difficult through my home but did it with ease. He is very knowledgeable about HVAC and many other contractor needs. I felt very taken care of from scheduling to the date of installation. I highly recommend Sea Starr Heating & More for any of your HVAC service or installation needs. They are local here in Florence and are by far the best family run business here!

Out of the various heating systems I've had installed on both coasts during my lengthy lifetime this was by far the best. service I have ever received. From the time of the initial visit to determine what was needed until the job was completed the process went smoothly and according to what had been agreed on.

Bryant , in particular, did an outstanding job of installing the two heating system replacement units in my house and shop. He arrived on time, stayed until both units were working properly and cleaned up everything before leaving.

I would highly recommend Sea Starr to anyone interested in installing a HVAC system.

We had a bit of an odd start with Sea Starr, but their actual service more than made up for the initial challenges. We needed help with our dryer ductwork and the first person I talked to didn’t know if this was a service they offered. She said she’d have the owner call me on Monday to discuss. Monday came and went with no word, so I called Tuesday and got the same person who still didn’t know if they could do the work. So I said, don’t bother; I’ll make other arrangements. The owner, Starr, called the next day and she was great! Very helpful and friendly and confirmed that they could help us and got us scheduled right away. Owner Bryant came out at 5 p.m. on Friday, last call of the day. He was very nice, very professional and got the job done for a very fair price. We would definitely call them again and only hope for a smoother start to the process next time.

Absolutely the best customer service! I called and immediately spoke with a real person who was able to make my appointment in real time. Bryant was respectful and was a breeze to work with. Fixed my heater and got my family out of the cold. Communication was seamless. We felt completely comfortable with Bryant. Will definitely call them again if i ever have a hearing or cooling problem in the future. Highly recommend Sea Starr!

Seastarr Heating just installed a brand new Mitsubishi mini split in our home and we are very happy with it!
The service, attention to detail, and customer care is truly exceptional with Seastarr!
The installation was done efficiently and beautifully, with total clean up both inside and outside the home after the install was completed.
The new heater works wonderfully and was installed affordably, which made it a manageable home repair.
I also very much appreciate that Seastarr offers a twice a year complete cleaning servicing for the maintenance of my mini split units because the weather here can be quite hard on the outside components.
From repairs to installations, Seastarr does excellent work and we are continually impressed by the exceptional level of service provided by them.

Condescending and rude... Haven't been able to help or fix the problem after three visits. They say it's fixed and leave but nothing has been fixed.

Only needed a small piece of sheet metal, very friendly staff. One small piece or 100 square feet they treat their customers right. Thank you
