Reviews of local pros in Florence, Oregon

Steve and his wife are the owners of this business. They installed our original Daikin, ductless heat pump system several years ago. On the rare occasion I have had a problem, he is there both on the phone and in person, when necessary. This family owned business is honest, hard working and straight up honest. When I need special sheet metal trim, he is there for me as a person I can count on.

This company was highly recommended by a good friend to perform an inspection and I can only echo her sentiments that they were easy to work with, were on time for my appointment, did the scope of work we discussed in a very timely manner and the technician was a heck of nice guy. He explained all that he was going to do in an understandable way for a neophyte such as myself. I highly recommend them.

I am so pleased having had our ductless heat pump installed last summer. We were resolved to using the wall mount unit until it was suggested by Steve, the owner, to upgrade to a low-profile ceiling cassette. It is hardly noticeable and definitely worth it.

We have seen such a change in our power and heating bill. All instructions were given regarding use, maintenance and settings. I know if we keep this unit maintained (clean the filters) it will last us many years to come.

Bonus, it has AC for the rare hot days.

What a great job. Thanks Florence Heating Crew

This company/these people are just great, professionally & personally: knowledgeable, prompt & friendly when i needed to replace my A/C unit. And their prices are very fair/competitive. Can't say enough good things about these people & their company.

Have owned our mini split since June 17, 2024. Mainly bought it for the air conditioning but used it last winter for heat. Very happy with it. It is a bigger BTU unit and less money than another place here in town that gave us a quote on. Also, the other place wanted to put the outside unit on the deck and this place put it on the ground next to the deck. Way better.

We highly recommend Florence Heating and Sheet Metal. The owner, Steve, runs the business with integrity and concern for his customer's best interest. Over the years, we have purchased several ductless systems from them. Steve and crew have always been professional and efficient in their installations. We have also had some maintenance and warranty issues in which Steve has gone above and beyond to resolve. It is reassuring to do business with people who truly earn our trust and confidence.
