Shout out to Florence Electric. We had a serious problem. Trees fell down pulling 2 power lines down across yard garage, pulled all electrical stuff off house.They listened and shuffled other clients (which i know is a huge inconvenience for them and clients)and showed up asap. Polite, kind, knowledgeable, and worked till the situation was taken care of. Very greatful . Fixed the situation so its even better than before. Seriously safer. Thankyou, small town caring goes along ways. Totally recommend!!!!

Used Tyler and Florence Electric to eliminate unsightly plugs dangling from newly wall mounted TV sets in two rooms . Tyler showed up on time for the appt, prepared with all necessary tools , wiring and appropriate receptacles. Installs were precise , neat and met our needs in hiding cords and providing the proper and legal install . Tyler protected my floors with protection on his feet and shoes without being asked . He was neat and price was as estimated . I just gave him the ok to do another but larger project based on my experience today . Can’t say much more as we are clearly pleased with his work .

Tyler was very professional, first examining the situation, then making an estimate while explaining the job, completing the job on time and honoring the estimate. Needed several changes within a house as well as running lines for new heating system. Well done.

We hired this electrician to help finish electrical work on a flip when we were under significant time pressure. Communication throughout the project was poor, pricing ended up being much higher than expected, and several “additional” items were presented late in the process when we had little ability to push back.

What ultimately stood out most was the unprofessional and rude email communication after the job was completed, including hostility over routine business paperwork. Regardless of disagreements, basic professionalism and respect should be expected.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company to other investors or homeowners looking for clear communication, fair pricing, and professional conduct.

Tyler recently installed a 7 kilowatt solar panel system with backup batteries at my place. He was efficient, hard working and meticulous. He has high standards for quality work and will not accept shortcuts. I am very pleased and would recommend Florence Electric for solar installations.

Tyler did a wonderful job of wiring my entire new home for ceiling fans/lights and installing them, as well as changing out fixtures in several other rooms. His suggestions for several areas were great. I especially appreciate his efficiency. Meeting his very nice wife, Lollie, and adorable children was a plus when I went to his shop.

Dan came out after our 45 year old electric line failed from the street to our house. Lights flickered and heat and stove wouldn’t work (220 volt). He is so knowledgeable and patient. Checked panel box and assessed the problem quickly. Suggested a tip to save money on the project and marked the line trench, had guys over to dig 30” down, had it inspected, even had our landscaped bushes planted back. Quick, professional and kind. Bill and Tanner arrived at the scheduled time. They knew their assignment and after introducing themselves and seeing where the GFI outlets were to be installed started right to work. They finished the job in a very timely manner and even cleaned up the dust left from the job. They were efficient in their work and pleasant young men.

Lance did a great job moving our bathroom vanity light, which was a difficult project getting up in the attic through a closet access.
