the guys from fargo were friendly respectful and very reasonably priced and above all knowledgable about their trade. I would recommend them to anyone

Called and setup an appointment, even texted (with the date) to confirm. Day of the appointment doesn't show up. I text him asking if he was going to show up, no response. Guess I need to find someone else.

Mislead me by telling me the repair costs would not be that high so I would have their technician come out for $95. Then he tells me the cost of repair would be around $500 on a refrigerator that did not cost over $600. Be careful. If you think it will be expensive, trust your gut.

Wayne walked me through the steps I needed to take after describing the problem to him over the phone. I was able to perform the simple repair myself when other companies had quoted me $375 for service call. Thanks Wayne!

Called on a Saturday, after discovering my washer wasn’t working. They called me back for details and they were at my house Monday to do the repairs. Very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend Fargo for any appliance repairs!

One of the last old school honest repairman around. They seemed more concerned with repairing the issues versus get a whole new system installed. Thanks guys I highly recommend. Seems to be one of the far and few old school and honest technicians around. The company I first called came in with a notebook and a pen, telling me I need everything new and my system could not be repaired. Wayne came in with tools and repaired my walk-in cooler. I personally know the older refrigeration systems are of much better quality and the new stuff is built cheaply. It has been running beautifully ever since and saved me from buying a whole new unit. I really appreciate you guys, you rock!!

Best repair experience ever! Finally someone who didn’t jack up the price of the parts & actually let me purchase them myself online! However bc his professional supplier delivered quicker (& same price), we went with his after all but at least I knew Wayne (& Shawn) were being straight with me. Also, since this was the 3rd bid I got, after I fell for a franchise coming to my house for a cheap diagnosis but then the most expensive bid, I know it was the most reasonable, & their work impeccable! I’ll be calling Fargo Refrigeration for all my home appliance repairs. These are ppl you can trust.
