Teresa has beed doing my pool for a few years now in Portland Oregon. Being a newer pool owner I was nervous but she has made things very easy for me. She often goes above and beyond getting things I wouldn't even know o needed. She's been consistent and well worth the peace of mind. Thank you Teresa!

Teresa is absolutely incredible. She’s reliable and goes above and beyond every time she cares for my pool. She communicates extremely well and is a “girl’s girl.” I trust her completely, as she’s taken care of my pool and hot tub with grace and kindness and compassion all while being a very hard worker. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Teresa is an amazing person! She is very kind, thoughtful, and helpful and communicates so well. We feel very lucky to have found her. We were struggling to keep up with our hot tub maintenance and she has saved us hours of time that we were ineffectively trying to clean it. She is a girls girl and we love supporting a woman owned business!! Also, she’ll bring cookies and they are so tasty. We appreciate you!!!

Teresa has been servicing our pool for over a year now and has done a amazing job, i have never seen our water other then perfectly clear and inviting. She has set her company up for prepay at $200.00 a visit and can and has accommodated emergency services for last second needs. She has also went for a dive in our pool to remove large debris at no extra cost.
She has over 30 years in the pool cleaning industry. She is great at explaining how the pool equipment works and how the chemicals work and everything. She has became more of a friend then a service provider. She also taught yoga, herbalism and thai massage for 5 years at PCC. She can also at request house sit, pet sit, drive children to activities or drive for date night. She is really a one of a kind

This review is long over due. We can’t recommend Teresa highly enough! Despite her busy schedule, she was able to accommodate us on short notice. She helped us winterize our pool and encouraged us to record her on our phones so we would know what to do in the future. She educated us on our new pool and was able to teach us how to properly maintain it. She was knowledgeable and professional and we were left feeling relieved that she came to help us out. She treated us with kindness, without judgement and with a very inclusive attitude; a trait we highly value. She worked very hard to take care of our pool and Teresa made it look easy. We look forward to her visit soon.

Just had a simple, clean done to make sure my hot tub was ready for guests and I got way more than I bargained for♡♡♡♡ I got to learn so much,( which seems to be the average feedback people are leaving about this service). Teresa is such a great teacher about hot tubs and cleaning them and chemicals and makes the whole process easy and convenient for you. Whether you want to learn more or automate the process.

Never have I had help from someone as patient, kind and knowledgeable as Teresa. Not only has she helped us with our pool and spa here at the house: she has responded within minutes to our texts when we’ve had questions. With her many years of experience, Teresa is really an expert and we feel so blessed to have found her!

Had a swampy pool and Teressa was out of town. Without payment, she wrote down every resource and direction required to clean my pool before a party that we were having this week. She proceeded to jump on facetime and spend over twenty minutes walking me through the steps and teaching me safety and prevention for future issues. Great job Doug! I didn't know that one could recolor a spot in the rug. The color was gone in about a 6 inch circle from a puppy accident and whatever I tried to clean it with 10 years ago. Doug and his daughter did their magic and now you can't tell where it was! No more hiding it with furniture.

My carpets look and feel amazing! We have dogs and they are in and out all day long. We are listing our home and needed the best cleaning possible and TLC is definitely the best!

Needed to have a couple of rooms carpet cleaned to get it ready to put the house on the market. They picked up the first time I called and we had it scheduled for a few days later. They were right on time and did a great job. And amidst the COVID 19, took all appropriate precautions. Would definitely hire again and recommend.

Charged $595 , only takes cash or Venmo , carpet still smells, it does looks better , owner operator worked alone. Did whole house in under 90 minutes. We had everything moved and ready , 3 bed rooms, living room, stairs & very small hallway.

Full disclosure. I' know this guy. Have known him since we were 5 years old. Knew he did carpets and upholstery, have referred him to friends and family. I never needed him. I have my own carpet cleaner....Okay, well, let me tell you.... I ended up needing him... My husband and I live in the country, big dogs, muddy mole-hills in the yard the dog likes to dig in, and a really bad cat issue that I would rather not talk about. It was to the point that my husband and I decided there was no saving it (the carpet)... and really there isn't... We fully intend to completely re-do all the floors in the house.... but not before this Saturday (when we will be having last minute guests to celebrate my daughters graduation.) Okay, poor planing yes, but life happens. Because we had thrown in the towel, our poor carpet was in a state beyond that which normal people would walk on it without shoes. Really, really, that bad.. But why worry it is soon to be replaced and new, we don't get much in the way of visitors...It was beyond bad. What we came home to after Doug had been to the house, what SuperDougCarpetCleaniologist was able to accomplish was truly and sincerely amazing. This stink bug mud pile carpet looked literally completely brand new and smells a whole lot better too. Thank you Doug for this, I really appreciate your efforts and for fitting us in.. I had new carpeting installed two years ago. The manufacturer advised me that I needed to have carpet cleaned every two years minimum by an IICRC certified carpet cleaner. I called Chem-Dry but learned their techs attended training but the manager reported they never paid for certification. Wanting to avoid voiding my warranty I called the store where I purchased my carpet. They recommended Doug Loose, TLC Carpet Cleaning. Doug maintains the carpeting in their showroom.
Now I can and do recommend Doug to anyone needing their carpets cleaned. Setting up an appointment was a smooth process and he advised me not to worry about vacuuming my carpet. He thoroughly vacuumed all the carpeting prior to doing the cleaning. His extraction process left the carpet with minimum moisture and it dried quickly. He is both professional and friendly. Pricing was both fair and competitive. I plan to have him clean our carpets yearly rather than the two year manufacturer’s minimum requirement.
And a post script... A week after he cleaned the carpet I dumped a cup of coffee and creamer. I followed recommended spill removal procedure but was still left with a stain. I called Doug and he was here this afternoon to complete the process and the stain is gone. In addition, though I didn’t need color repair on the carpet, I learned that Doug has Master’s Certification for color restoration…keep that bleach away from your carpet but if you mess up call Doug!!
