I can honestly leave a fabulous review for this company and the team I have cleaning my home. Maid Brigade is the best, the VERY best cleaning team I have ever had. I am 77 years old so I have had many teams clean my home. My team from Maid Brigade has never been late and has never cancelled except one time in a huge snow blizzard. I have used them for about 10 years so that is an outstanding accomplishment! The owner and I drew up a list for what would be done when the team comes each time. And my team has done all of what is on that list every single time they have cleaned my home. They seem to take a lot of pride in a job done really well! They take great care to be sure they leave the house with the job so well done!

I also must compliment the owner of this particular Maid Brigade service. She has gone out of her way to help me change some mistakes I had made as far as paying. And just this week I was trying to change the auto pay. I am not that versed in the Internet so I didn’t know how to do that. And Sarah, the “boss” if you will told me not to worry about it. She said she would do it for me! I was pleasantly shocked! And then she went above and beyond and told me the details of how I would now be responsible for paying. She sent me an email explaining everything she did and then she explained how I would now be able to pay for the service. This beautiful interaction between us now has us on a first name basis! What she did for me is unheard of in today’s world! I am so grateful that I thought I would leave this review! This company is definitely the one to use!
