This well-deserved review is months overdue. Right at the beginning of the rainy season, in the middle of the night, I contacted EcoWash via their contact us web page with a gutter emergency at our new place. Bailey contacted me just a few hours later and scheduled a time to come out later that same day. After an hour or two that afternoon, the problem was solved for a good, fair price. We have a two story house on a slanted lot and they weren't phased at all. Great work, efficient, friendly staff, came prepared with everything they needed for the job. They were recommended to me and I'll be doing the same in the future.

Though there were a few issues around cleaning the skylights and communicating about the pricing/window count, Bailey went the extra mile to be sure we were happy. I got quotes from a few different places for gutter cleaning before scheduling with EcoWash, and now that the service has been completed, I feel I made the right decision. Their price was certainly the most competitive, but there was no compromise on the quality of service. They were able to fit me in within a couple of weeks during what I'm sure is a busy time of year. The guys were so very kind and flexible while working in the narrow spaces around my home. They arrived early and got the job done quickly with very little disturbance to myself or my pets, and everything was left in its proper place when they were done. Payment was easy and hassle-free, too. I will definitely use EcoWash again in the future for my window, gutter, and roof cleaning needs, and I would absolutely recommend them.

I opted in for roof, gutter, windows and laundry duct cleanings. Their level of customer service is unmatched in so many ways - including being prompt, informative, and delivering quality results. You truly feel like you're in good hands. They even included some freebies, just because they care about servicing the customers needs. Bailey was also able to give me next steps, and asked if I wanted to reschedule something so that it can maximize my results. The bonus is, since we completed this first job - I don't have to schedule a whole day off for the work to be done at the rescheduled appointment, they will complete it without me there (which is almost unheard of these days, people have jobs!! M-F availability doesn't work for working people to be present) They also don't give you a crazy time window, they show up on time or early! This is a follow-up - A few years have gone by and I hired the company again for moss removal at my home. This time Eric and Sam did the work. They were super friendly and efficient, and they did a great job removing the moss and applying an inhibitor to keep it from coming back for a while. I still highly recommend this company!

Getting an appointment was fast and easy online. They were very responsive and prompt. They got the whole, big job done in about an hour and were just very friendly, lovely with my dogs, and honest--didn't try to upsell me on anything.

Great company! We hired them to check out gutters for a clog. They did that and beyond. We had some leaks in our roof and Eric offered to put some tarps over the leaks to prevent more damage until we could figure out our finances and find a roofer. He spent a couple of hours on his day off nailing them down and did an awesome job. They are hard-working, honest and really nice! I highly recommend.
