WOW - my carpets look nearly brand new! (I've been renting this unit for 10 years now so that's a big deal). Andrew from Pacific Steam Carpet Cleaning was very thorough- to the point where he spent 2 hours cleaning my Livingroom and hallway carpets! They look AMAZING. I've tried a different company before this- and the results were nowhere near this good. 10/10 would recommend. 👍🫧✨

It was a pleasure doing business with Pacific Steam Carpet Cleaning. They provided timely and polite customer service that exceeded my expectations and also gave cleaning our horribly stained couch a cleaning. Sadly, the couch they cleaned was too damaged by pets to be completely de-odorized (couch stuffing was not salvageable after my post cleaning inspection), but all stains and surface level issues were corrected.
If you have a couch or surface that is not severely/deeply penetrated by things like pet urine, this is the company for you. I will come back to request their help on the next piece of furniture I need deep cleaned, barring extreme cases of damage to the fabrics and stuffing.

Great job! Will call again in the future. Price was great as well. Also, calling for an appointment someone actually answered the phone. I had been calling places close to where I live and was having to leave messages. I either didn't ever get a call back, we were out of their service area or got a call back 3 days later. Very happy with the customer service, price and actual cleaning service.

Andrew is the best. So glad to have him each time he comes. The rugs look so clean and he works to make it clean and looking good.

I shopped around a few local places in Gresham and everyone either didn’t get back to me, or was on vacation. They also did a phenomenal job! Got BLUE NAIL POLISH out of my carpet! This is the second time I've had my carpets and sofa cleaned by this company and both times they've done a terrific job. The whole house smells fresh and there is no sticky residue on the carpet. I highly recommend Pacific Steam!

Quick response! Very friendly and helpful. We are pretty able to move furniture as we are older but the tech was so understanding and gave us a few tips on staging. We have use Pacific Steam for years and are ALWAYS happy!

Incredible, efficient service! Andrew was in and out after tackling a difficult clean. He was able to lift discoloration that seemed like staining and remove any remnant smells of a 3-pet home ahead of our final walkthrough with our landlords. Excellent job!

This is my second or third with Pacific Carpet Cleaning. Every time they come, they do an excellent job. My carpets are off-white, so they are difficult to keep clean, especially with pets. When this company comes and does their job, it's like the carpets are new again.
