I've enjoyed Molly Maid services since 2022. The staff are prompt and friendly. Communication around scheduling is easy and whenever there is an issue they are respectful and have a few options for resolution. Generally, I'm happy with the results and have recommended their services to friends.

Yessenia and Yuciarte help tidy around the office and are always so polite. They work efficiently and pay attention to different areas that need extra attention and do this each week. I highly recommend them!

In my opinion, their cleaning service is deficient, they look more at the time of service than at the detail and good service. In my house, a Mexican-looking woman who was missing a tooth cleaned, she never cleaned the corners, she left the kitchen dirty. My mother-in-law hired this service because of the good references, but honestly, they are a disaster.
