I've been using Clawson for years now. They are fantastic. Today I had my air conditioner serviced. The tech they sent was super respectful and knowledgeable about social distancing and didn't even need to come inside my house. My AC unit is in great shape thanks to their great service! Thank you to everyone at Clawson!

Our furnace had gone out during a cold snap so I was calling around to find someone who was available as soon as possible. Although it was several days before we could get a repairman it was the soonest any business offered. The woman that took my call was kind, caring and pleasant. The repairman was exceptional in his communication skills, knowledge and thoroughness. We will be customers whenever we need work or maintenance done based on this very good experience!

I have been doing business with Clawson for a year now and they have been very responsive to my needs. They have come out twice for system down situations, board level fuses and suspicious odor, and twice for system maintenance. They always worked me into their schedule and resolved the problem quickly. Their techs are knowledgable and friendly and explain things clearly. I recommend them highly.

From the very first contact with Clawson Heating we were treated with a real concern for our heating needs. They were able to work us into their already busy schedule. Dustin the technician was very proficient and the repair was completed in a timely manner.

Clawson installed a brand new Trane AC unit and furnace in my home. Removal and install went pretty well although we suffered from the same supply chain delay issues that affected everything else this year. Clawson offered to speed up the process by providing equipment from a more readily available manufacturer, but I waited it out.

Installers were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and when maintenance was needed, there was an immediate response from a professional, courteous, and effective team.

Prices were slightly higher than average, but you get what you pay for with this company. They even resolved problems created by other contractors! (On a related note, be careful using Willard Power Vac Inc to have your ducts cleaned) When work was needed, they scheduled someone to come out the next day, and Brent spent extra time to make sure all our problems were resolved in a very thorough and clean manner.

I referred a high school friend (30+ years) and home owner to Clawson Heating/ Air Conditioning for a service call after a "less than" satisfied experience with a competitor for them (Clawson) for more than 10 years. My contacts were Highly Satisfied with the Service, Fast response, attention to detail and customer needs and will always call on Clawson. Great company. Great Associates and very happy customers. A recommendation to Clawson could have made me look horrible, however- my close friends were very happy with the service. Great job!

I cannot say enough good things about Clawson heating and cooling. First, Chris, the sales associate, provided an estimate that was by far the best in quality and price of any of my other comparisons. I searched and called multiple other similar businesses and only Clawson had zero complaints on the Better Business Bureau, While offering the best product. Then the contractors who installed my Mitsubishi mini split ductless heat pump, Tyler and Aaron, were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, considerate and efficient. They also arrived exactly on time, with a special basket of goodies for an extra treat. I feel I had the best treatment from this company and their crew that anyone could ever wish. I would highly recommend them!

I called in on a Sunday and had a technician in my house within 2 hours. Again, this was a Sunday when the office is only open for emergencies. After ruling out a couple of variables, we decided together to reschedule time on Monday as some poor home wiring needed to be redone. Chris was back the next day and finished up fairly quick.

Earlier in the year I signed up for a 3 year maintenance program. Mostly because the office was amongst the kindest and helpful I have ever worked with. Talk about service with a smile you could hear through the phone! So glad I did - Chris was awesome. Knew what he was doing. Explained everything to me. Even asked if there was anything else I wanted him to look at while he was at my house (in a mask the entire time).

My heater went out, and with this cold snap I was worried I might be without it for at least a few days before they could get to me. I was surprised that they could send someone out right away since I am a preferred customer because I have a service contract with them. The technician was here about 30 minutes later and had me up and running very quickly. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable.
Every time I have used their services I have been more than satisfied with their professionalism and service.

Brent was knowledgeable, informative, and pleasant to deal with. From the time he arrived to the time he left, he was professional, and I appreciated the information he provided me. He completed a full service on our heater and AC unit, fixed the problem with our heater, and gave me some tips on caring for the system. With the service plan, the repair was free. Excellent all-around service.

Annual service was completed by Philip from Clawson heating. this company always goes above and beyond; it was another outstanding service and will continue to use them.

I can’t say enough about our first experience with Clawson! We bought a “membership” for furnace tune-up & cleaning. This includes two annual tune-ups, discounted parts & service, and prioritized, same-day service calls (even nights/weekends). Our service by Justin was outstanding and even included tiny details like changing the batteries in the thermostat. I highly recommend this company and service package!

We found Clawson Heating and Air Conditioning on the NW Natural Gas website, and we are so glad we chose Clawson over all the other recommendations. Phillip showed up on time, wearing a mask and ready to get the furnace running again. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional; didn't try to sell us a new furnace -like others have- and left us ready to face the upcoming winter with a working heating system.
We could not recommend this business enough, and will share our experience with our neighbors. Thank you, kindly, for the wonderful service!!

I called after hours on a Friday evening about 630 and an a technician. Returned my call within 20 minutes. He was at my house by 7 PM. Very courteous very knowledgeable. Repaired my heat pump, and I had hit again by 9 o’clock. I highly recommend Clawson, and in the future will consider having them be my furnace, air conditioning company.

Update 12/8/22: Alex and his team installed the new package in record time!! I am super impressed with their knowledge and professionalism!! I want to give Clawson and their staff a hundred gold stars. Just fantastic service!! I am extremely grateful.

Clawson installed a new furnace for me on 1/18/2022. I had gone 74 days with no heat. My home warranty company and their assigned contractor is a separate issue. Clawson came to my rescue and rushed my install. The office staff did a great job in setting up the job. The service technicians Scott and Reuben were on time, professional, and went above expectations. I have put them at the top of my recommendation list. Their commitment to customer service is 110%. I've used Clawson for a while now. They earned my business years ago, when I had a furnace at my rental house go down in winter. They took great care of me, came out same evening, didn't gouge me. Fixed it right the first time. Since then, I've had them do all my service and maintenance. Priced well, good communication, respectful of my home and always punctual. Thank you!

This company deserves 10 stars! From start to finish the Clawson team was topnotch. We came to the table with a multitude of issues. Matt (sales) and Justin (installation manager) combined their talents and expertise to come up with the perfect solution. The installation team executed the plan flawlessly. The attention to detail, exceptional qualified tradesmen and customer service was triple A+. A special thank you to Ruben and his assistant for going above and beyond and Carson for walking us through our new system. Thank you Amy for the lovely gift basket and Carly who took great care in making sure scheduling and accounting went seamless. Great experience working with Clawson Heating. The office was very responsive and we were able to get an appointment quickly for AC repair. Everyone we worked with was friendly. Philip gave us great advice and tips to keep our AC running.

The blower motor went out on my furnace and stopped working over the weekend. Monday morning I called Clawson Heating and they were able to send someone out the next morning to diagnose the issue. Within a couple of days they were able to order a replacement and have it installed. By Friday I was back up and running. My family and I are grateful for the fast turnaround. Philip was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I would highly recommend him and Clawson Heating.

I believe I have never experienced customer service as good as Clawson puts out. Yesterday they changed out our heat pump and furnace combination. What a delightful group of people to work with.
We had 3 companies come out for an estimate. John Turner was everything you could hope for in a salesman. Very knowledgeable and on top of every question. This company is a definite keeper. Kudos to Clawson!

I have an older heat pump system that I inherited when moving in 6 months ago. Clawson came out the day after I called. They placed the home on "Emergency Mode", so I would be warm. They advised what parts needed to be ordered & scheduled their return. A few days later, they came out & did the repair. Their technician Philip is wonderful! He's very thorough & polite. I highly recommend Clawson for all your HVAC needs. I will be calling them again for future needs.
