All reviews for Diligent Plumbing LLC

Came and checked out an issue with our hot water heater. Friendly, nice, and super quick :)

Very professional and knowledgeable. Vitaliy and Dan were very friendly and answered all questions. I wished I had found them earlier with my plumbing issues. They do a fantastic job, they are my plumbers for the future. Awesome work and cleanup was great.

Vitaliy replaced three toilets with their inlet valves and a garbage disposal for us. Scheduling was easy and he was punctual. Vitaliy was thorough in inspecting the new appliances before installation, and did a clean, neat job. He was able to work on his own and I just kept out of the way.

We just had the pleasure of having Diligent Plumbing complete two jobs for us: The first was replacing a faucet in an outdated kitchen sink, only to find out the sink was so weak it wouldn't support the new faucet. Vitaliy recommended the type of sink to use as a replacement, and so we ordered the replacement. The new sink was installed along with the faucet, and everything is perfect! Vataliy is one of the easiest persons I've worked with, along with being among the most professional. We recommend without reservations, 5 stars!

At almost midnight, my bath faucet decided not to turn off and the water wasn’t draining. I called and he was at my house in like 20 minutes! He was able to fix my issue and gave me a year warranty! He is very professional and respected my home. I highly recommend this business for any issues day or night!

I had a minor problem with my bathtub. Not a big job, but more than I was comfortable with fixing myself. Vitaliy was easy to speak with on the phone. He agreed to come out to take a look. He arrived on time. He was very respectful of my home. He explained the options to fix the problem. We agreed on the price and he went to work. The work looked great and he cleaned up after he was finished. I will definitely call him again.

Called Vitaliy at Digilent Plumbing with an active leak from an old faucet connection. He personally answered the phone (first green flag!), understood my issue, and said he would be over at the latest the following morning (on a Saturday!) He later reached back out to squeeze me in within a few hours of my initial call. Vitaliy arrived with all needed parts, promptly replaced the worn-out part, and left the area completely clean. Professional, knowledgeable, and A+ customer service. Highly recommend!

Vitaliy with Diligent Plumbing demonstrated their superior expertise at every turn. All questions and concerns regarding our basement sump pump were answered, and we’re confident our system will be running well for years to come. We’ll definitely be working with them again!

Dilligent Plubming is the best service I have ever had. Two weeks before I had contacted another provider who was non-reaponsive, rude, and never could answer questions while being sent on hold between people.

Dilligent Plumbing is your go to. Not only did they come the next day after a late night call but they also solved my issue that day without having to order any parts and wait for them.

The technicians were also friendly, kind, and respectful of my home.

Please consider Dilligent Plumbing LLC. for your next project. You won't be disappointed.

Vitaliy is punctual, efficient and does high quality work. His nephew is his assistant. I’ve used him twice now for a toilet install and to provide a solution to keep my basement water drain from backing up for which he provided an easy and more cost effective solution than an alternative option I received. Diligent Plumbing is a local company that I trust!

I highly recommend Diligent Plumbing for any plumbing needs. I accidentally punctured my main line while digging a trench, and when I called Vitaliy, he responded quickly and had the leak repaired within minutes. I’m extremely satisfied with his prompt and professional service!

I highly recommend Diligent Plumbing LLC ' services. I had a faulty kitchen drain pipe which happened to leak on Wednesday, but Vitaliy and team were able to come out sooner than my appointment time (in three days). Their work is no nonsense, they are knowledgeable and fair. Diligent Plumbing LLC will be my "go to" for any plumbing issues from now on.
Thank you Vitaliy & Team".

Diligent Plumbing was easy to work with. Vitaliy offered 3 solutions to my plumbing problem so I could choose what I felt would be the best solution for my home.
He and his assistant arrived on time, they worked efficiently and were done in a timely manner. More importantly, I am very pleased with the quality of work. I highly recommend.using Diligent Plumbing.

Vitaliy is awesome. He and Isaac were professional and friendly. They fixed our kitchen drain clog and leaks the same day we called. It only took a couple hours. He repiped under the sink and added a plug that will make future clogs easier to repair. We will use them again

Our water heater was leaking from the water lines and needed someone immediately. After calling around town with no one available that same day, Vitaliy came to the rescue. Thank you so much for stopping by and being available!

Had an emergency when our hot water heater busted and we had no hot water with two toddlers. Called and they came out in less than 2 hours on a weekend and got everything installed and done quickly and efficiently. Very impressed with the work done and the availability and clear communication. Will be using them for any plumbing needs in the future!

I read their reviews, and they were excellent! I gave them a call, and Vitaliy actually answered the phone. I thought I would get a recording:) He made an appointment for the next morning, and replaced both of our toilets!!! That day!!! Great service, great prices! You won't go wrong choosing this company:)
Thank you!

My bathroom sink was completely clogged and my bathtub faucet was dripping. They explained everything clearly and did the work quickly. Less than 2 weeks later my bathtub drain was clogged. Again, they fixed the problem quickly and gave me a little break on the cost.
Yes, it's expensive; but I didn't have to wait long, felt like I got good service and I'm happy with it. Thank you Diligent Plumbing!

They redid all the plumbing under my sink. They proved me with price options and did a fantastic job. It was quick and now I’m back up and running with a professional job under my sink.

Vitaliy was great to deal with. HE showed up on time and did a repair of our guest room toilet. Very professional and pleasant. I will call Him again for any future plumbing needs!

I had a leak in the main water feed to our attached apartment. I needed it fixed immediately for my aging parents who live there. After calling 8 plumbers who couldn’t help, I came across Diligent plumbing. They were able to come out same day in my case! Vitaliy was very knowledgeable and had it fixed in under two hours, and the price was fair. Was super happy to get his info on a magnetic card, which is on my water heater for any future plumbing needs. Very pleased!!!
