Excellent experience with Diligent Plumbing! Punctual, straightforward, and knowledgeable. Checked out multiple areas of my home and provided a detailed write up and estimate for each necessary or optional fix. It was then easy to schedule the fixes and all work matched the estimates. Would highly recommend.

Vitaliy is always friendly, professional, so quick to respond, and does great work. We recently had a water heater fail and called Vitaliy…he was here within an hour and we had a new water heater installed immediately.

Over the next few days the pilot light kept going out and had to be relit multiple times. Called Vitaliy and he came back and replaced the gas regulator under warranty.

Vitaliy and his team were excellent to work with. They helped us with several projects such as clearing drains, replacing our kitchen faucet, and upgrading the water heater. Everything was done efficiently and with great care.

Great experience with Diligent! They had the lowest bid of all three plumbing companies I had come out and also the most responsive and timely with getting the problem assesed and fixed within 36 hrs. Very professional and honest. Highly recommend!

I worked with Vitaliy at Diligent Plumbing and he replaced my faulty turn off valve and had to drain, rework and moved the gas pipe for my stove. When I first called him due to my water not turning off under my sink he was here very fast! He was kind, explained everything that needed to be done and got to work. He also, was able to come out on a later date to move my gas line, so, my new gas range stove could fit in its spot and be hooked up properly. He has excellent both times I used him! I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a plumber!!

I contacted Vitaliy for an estimate on water heater replacement and also to look at a water temperature problem in our master bath. He gave me a 2 hr. window and contacted me 30 min. before to let me know he was on the way. He listened to my explanation of the issues we were having and I ended up going with him based mostly on my interaction with him. The day of install he was alittle early and took some time to troubleshoot the temperature issue and gave me some possible solutions. Water Heater install went smoothly and we decided to give it a couple days to see if it made a difference. I had him out again once I received the new parts and he resolved the problem with water temperature. He is very easy to get ahold of and responds within just a few minutes and is always prompt when he comes out. I will be seeing him every year for the waterheater maintenence and will use him for any other plumbing issues I run into.

I wanted my water heater fixed and while they were on time and professional, even gave me their business card, a pen and a magnet, I was disappointed that I couldn’t get my water heater replaced, they said they only work with owners, they can’t work on rental units, I wish they had included that on their voicemail when I called

Vitaly showed up and gave us an inspection. He didn't have a moisture reader to find where the bathroom pipe leak was and said he didn't know where to cut open the walls, so he referred us to a company called Robinson Restoration that ended up scamming and overcharging us work in the thousands.
This partner company's work was entirely unnecessary mind you and full of unneeded asbestos testing and charges that left multiple holes in our home.
A competing plumbing company that helped us out, didn't need to go through any other company and charged us fairly and got the work done themselves, finding the leak easily, opening walls to the pipes, and even patching up the walls.

A moisture reader is $50 max on Amazon. Diligent Plumbing's terrible inspection and inside man tactics with recommending an overcharging partner company ended up making us lose a lot of money. The partner company, Robinson Restoration also doesn't allow payment plans and requires payers to pay things asap or else they'll be charged major interest. This duo partnership of companies is a big ponzi scheme.
