I had a minor problem with my bathtub. Not a big job, but more than I was comfortable with fixing myself. Vitaliy was easy to speak with on the phone. He agreed to come out to take a look. He arrived on time. He was very respectful of my home. He explained the options to fix the problem. We agreed on the price and he went to work. The work looked great and he cleaned up after he was finished. I will definitely call him again.

Called Vitaliy at Digilent Plumbing with an active leak from an old faucet connection. He personally answered the phone (first green flag!), understood my issue, and said he would be over at the latest the following morning (on a Saturday!) He later reached back out to squeeze me in within a few hours of my initial call. Vitaliy arrived with all needed parts, promptly replaced the worn-out part, and left the area completely clean. Professional, knowledgeable, and A+ customer service. Highly recommend!

Vitaly showed up and gave us an inspection. He didn't have a moisture reader to find where the bathroom pipe leak was and said he didn't know where to cut open the walls, so he referred us to a company called Robinson Restoration that ended up scamming and overcharging us work in the thousands.
This partner company's work was entirely unnecessary mind you and full of unneeded asbestos testing and charges that left multiple holes in our home.
A competing plumbing company that helped us out, didn't need to go through any other company and charged us fairly and got the work done themselves, finding the leak easily, opening walls to the pipes, and even patching up the walls.

A moisture reader is $50 max on Amazon. Diligent Plumbing's terrible inspection and inside man tactics with recommending an overcharging partner company ended up making us lose a lot of money. The partner company, Robinson Restoration also doesn't allow payment plans and requires payers to pay things asap or else they'll be charged major interest. This duo partnership of companies is a big ponzi scheme.

Vitaliy is punctual, efficient and does high quality work. His nephew is his assistant. I’ve used him twice now for a toilet install and to provide a solution to keep my basement water drain from backing up for which he provided an easy and more cost effective solution than an alternative option I received. Diligent Plumbing is a local company that I trust!

Vitaliy is awesome. He and Isaac were professional and friendly. They fixed our kitchen drain clog and leaks the same day we called. It only took a couple hours. He repiped under the sink and added a plug that will make future clogs easier to repair. We will use them again

Had an emergency when our hot water heater busted and we had no hot water with two toddlers. My bathroom sink was completely clogged and my bathtub faucet was dripping. They explained everything clearly and did the work quickly. Less than 2 weeks later my bathtub drain was clogged. Again, they fixed the problem quickly and gave me a little break on the cost.

I had a leak in the main water feed to our attached apartment. I needed it fixed immediately for my aging parents who live there. After calling 8 plumbers who couldn’t help, I came across Diligent plumbing. They were able to come out same day in my case! Vitaliy was very knowledgeable and had it fixed in under two hours, and the price was fair. Vitaliy is always friendly, professional, so quick to respond, and does great work. We recently had a water heater fail and called Vitaliy…he was here within an hour and we had a new water heater installed immediately.

Over the next few days the pilot light kept going out and had to be relit multiple times. Called Vitaliy and he came back and replaced the gas regulator under warranty.
