Plumbing reviews in Gresham, Oregon

Vitaliy at Diligent Plumbing was a pleasure to work with. He was able to fit me in to the schedule immediately for an emergency water heater repair and even managed to make it here early. He was very thorough and honest in giving our options and answering my questions when comparing. Repairs were done quickly and he even took the time to explain what to do to avoid the same damage again. I will definitely keep their info on hand for any future repairs!

Vitality was very professional, friendly. Response time was great. We like that he showed us our leaky pipes. He did a great job. His assistant Eric was great too! Would recommend him for your plumbing needs.

When I came home to a flooded front yard and basement I thought I was in for a major repair bill! After turning off house water I started calling plumbers and Diligent Plumbing was the only company that could come out and see me, all the others said this was a sprinkler issue. Vitaliy came out the next day and was able to determine where the leak was (it was actually in the sprinkler system) and within 5 minutes he had the leak isolated and water back on to the house free of charge. Amazing customer service! Vitaliy and Diligent Plumbing are our plumbers from here on! Thank you Vitaliy!

I wanted my water heater fixed and while they were on time and professional, even gave me their business card, a pen and a magnet, I was disappointed that I couldn’t get my water heater replaced, they said they only work with owners, they can’t work on rental units, I wish they had included that on their voicemail when I called

Amazing work. Very satisfied. Put in 100% effort. We had faucets and showers installed and it was very carefully and nicely done. A really reasonable price and outstanding people.

I dug up the main shutoff to find a cracked valve body with a pinhole leak. Asked my neighbor, an electrician, who he recommended for plumbing and he provided Vitaly's contact info. Vitaly asked some questions, offered a rough price, and fit us in two days later. Before starting he explained what needed to be done, with options and costs to match. Vitaly replaced the broken valve and put some elbows into the new piping to remove stress on the PVC feed to copper due to an elevation difference. Turns out that we had more than one leak in the main so I had to escalate, ultimately replacing the entire main. Regardless, working with Vitaly on the first leak was a pleasure. I knew what to expect, the cost of repair was fair and it was not an emergency repair so we were able to wait a couple of days to get on his schedule.
In a world where horror stories exist about plumbing nightmares, Vitaly is the cure. If I need a plumbing pro again, I will call Diligent Plumbing in a flash.

Vitaliy and his nephew came out to my home to do an overall health check on my plumbing and address a few concerns that I had. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Luckily it turned out that I didn't have any issues and Vitaliy was able to put my concerns to rest. I really appreciated his honesty, as I imagine it would have been easy to turn any of my concerns into a job requiring further inspection. On top of that, he didn't charge me for the consultation, despite the fact I was totally willing to pay him for his time. If I ever have plumbing needs in the future I will definitely call Diligent Plumbing because they live up to their name!!! :)

Diligent Plumbing was the best! They were prompt, friendly and did a fantastic job. The price was totally acceptable. I would definitely use them again.

Amazing customer service! I had a leaking spout after installing a washer and thought it may be leaking in my walls. I called Diligent Plumbing & they were able to walk me through how to quickly fix it over the phone free of charge. I will absolutely be using them for all of my household plumbing issues moving forward! Thank you so so much!!

We were impressed with Vitaliy and crew at Diligent Plumbing. They were prompt in response and professional in the service. We would recommend them for any maintenance plumbing issues you have. If they can’t do it, they know who can and will.

I used Diligent Plumbing for a client’s home and would highly recommend. Vitaliy offered great communication prior to first appointment and demonstrated courteous customer service during and after. Working with a smaller company has benefits of more one-on-one with the actual professional doing the plumbing work. Thank you Vitaliy!

This company is the best!!! We’ve used them 4, times and they never disappoint . Very steadfast and knowledgeable. Very good communicator, he explains everything easily 😊 we will always have him ion speed dial ! Thankyou Vitali!

Amazing work! We were in need of a plumber for the vanity and they were on time and within budget. Def my go to plumber!

Vitaliy has been amazing for every visit he had come out for. One time to fix a toilet that was leaking. Second time for a supposed leak in water pipes at street that he found were no longer leaking and finally to install a much needed thermoregulatory system not installed by water heater company despite required by code! Very thorough and making sure customer understands the problem and needed fix. Won’t be going to any other plumber and would highly recommend him to others!

Super friendly and very helpful. Got the job done nice and quickly with nice cost breakdown.

I had a couple loose faucets that were giving us trouble and Vitaliy and Dan scheduled us in quickly. They were punctual, worked quickly and efficiently, and everything has been running smoothly since then! I would highly recommend Diligent Plumbing for all plumbing needs! They are friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable on all things plumbing.

Came and checked out an issue with our hot water heater. Friendly, nice, and super quick :)

Very professional and knowledgeable. Vitaliy and Dan were very friendly and answered all questions. I wished I had found them earlier with my plumbing issues. They do a fantastic job, they are my plumbers for the future. Awesome work and cleanup was great.

Vitaliy replaced three toilets with their inlet valves and a garbage disposal for us. Scheduling was easy and he was punctual. Vitaliy was thorough in inspecting the new appliances before installation, and did a clean, neat job. He was able to work on his own and I just kept out of the way.

We just had the pleasure of having Diligent Plumbing complete two jobs for us: The first was replacing a faucet in an outdated kitchen sink, only to find out the sink was so weak it wouldn't support the new faucet. Vitaliy recommended the type of sink to use as a replacement, and so we ordered the replacement. The new sink was installed along with the faucet, and everything is perfect! Vataliy is one of the easiest persons I've worked with, along with being among the most professional. We recommend without reservations, 5 stars!

At almost midnight, my bath faucet decided not to turn off and the water wasn’t draining. I called and he was at my house in like 20 minutes! He was able to fix my issue and gave me a year warranty! He is very professional and respected my home. I highly recommend this business for any issues day or night!
