Our AC wasn’t working right, so one of the guys came out to fix it. It only took him about 30 minutes from start to finish approximately. He was very professional, polite, courteous and friendly . He did an excellent job. Our AC works again as it should. Thank you so much for being able to fix it. We will definitely call you if it breaks down again. I highly recommend them.

I have always been very happy with the service we have received from Eastern Oregon Heating and Air. So much so I have recommended them to others many times over. But after this last service call I will think twice about calling them first. My fault in not asking about fees prior to having them work on our issue (but from previous use I was comfortable with letting them do the job no questions), but the response I got when talking to Tess Sabuco (who reviews their own page) was astonishing when she became very defensive when I questioned my invoice and told me how I should expect the same fee arrangements from all business who provide similar services. She was I would say kind in crediting me $25.98 from my $370 bill for a part that cost $45 on Amazon and a service that took all of 45 min. I was credited because the tech did not share the possible cost prior to doing the work.
I will always ask before I have someone do work for work us again, my mistake trusting a local service I always trusted in the past to treat me well.

Ron was timely, knowledgeable, and explained things so I could understand what was a priority to take care of and what could wait. I just bought a 1942 house that has an old 1995 oil furnace in so he had his work cut out for him.

The man who came to fix our furnace was so kind, hard working and on time! They are thorough and I always feel safe with their technicians! The secretary was so nice and helpful…it really helped take the sting out of a stressful situation. Wonderful people, wonderful company.

Had a service person come out when we woke up and our a/c was not cooling. Service was expedient and in no time it was blowing cold air again. We are repeat customers because of this.

I had a general winter maintenance performed on my furnace and gas fireplace, which resulted in my requesting to have a blower installed on my fireplace. From working with Ashley on my scheduling to Brian performing the work I was very happy with my experience.

I was able to get a same-day appointment with a technician to come see why our furnace was blowing cold air. He was professional, courteous, and thorough. In less than 2 hours, he did a full tune up and helped us get warm air again! The price was reasonable, and they will be the first place I call if we need help again in the future.

The service was excellent. Scott was quick to get back with an estimate for the work and the job was completed within two weeks.

Eastern Oregon Heating was recommended to us by a friend. We had some concerns about the heating system on a home we had recently purchased.
I was able to schedule a Fall service quickly.
Our service technician arrived early and was very courteous! He provided lots of information on our heating and cooling system, and took the time to show me how our "new to us" system operated.
Our technician took the time to explain how to get the most efficiency out of our heat pump and how to make changes if we wanted to in the future.
He offered us an opportunity to sign up for twice yearly services but was not pushy about making a sale.
I will definitely recommend Eastern Oregon Heating!

Eastern Oregon Heating and Air did a great job again at fast appointment and diagnosis. They were friendly and knowledgeable on both our central and mini split systems.

I was very satisfied with the expedient service I received today to get us out of a real bind. Our heatpump went out over the weekend and the company from Tricities that had installed it refused to come service it. So I called Eastern Oregon Heating and Cooling hoping they could get us on the calendar sometime this week and instead they got out here TODAY to diagnose and fix the issue quickly to get our house warm again. Our service man Jeff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgable. They have gained more loyal customers!
