The consultation was professional and insightful with an experienced electrician; the scheduling was a breeze with friendly staff; the bid was better than multiple competitors; and everyone we encountered throughout our project was amazing. Dustin and Kyle were the technicians that performed these services at our home from Mr. Electric. Both were very professional and knowledgeable—excellent work ethic. They clearly explained what needed to be done. Each project was as completed exactly as I had hoped. I was very pleased with their work and would definitely reach out to Mr. Electric again for future electrical projects.

Kyle was very honest, helpful and caring of my needs. He worked well with a septic plumber to diagnose the problem.

Dustin was amazing! He was kind, informative, and knowledgeable. The price the company charges to install smoke detectors was high. I should have ordered them on Amazon. I got an estimate for a hot tub installation and Dustin took time and gave me a detailed estimate. I overall really felt good about Dustin and the service I got.

Today Joey installed 2 bedroom light fixtures and changed a switch. We have used Joey on several occasions and he is always friendly and professional in the job that he does.

Had a large light fixture in need of adjustment to the box at the ceiling, Kyle from Mr Electric corrected the issue and updated some breakers in our panel. Work was completed professionally and quickly. Kyle is an excellent person to work with, very knowledgeable and friendly. Happy we reached out to Mr Electric for our work.

I had Mr. electric put a complete new fuse box and ground out my house. My electrician was Kyle. What a wonderful job he did. I ask a lot of questions. He took the time to answer my questions. Every step got all the work on a one day very impressed.

Their AI system for contacting them is very beta. I scheduled for today in the afternoon via the "chatbot" and after doing so have recieved at least 3 auto dialer AI calls, an AI text message, and dubious confirmation of an appointment for a quote. I specified to the chatbot originally that I preferred text. This has been very unpleasant for me and usually I enjoy AI but this is very poorly run and implemented.

They (and Chad) were great to work with - from showing up on time, walking me through the steps to fix my issue, checking my electrical panel for any hidden problems that can lurk in an older home, and patiently answering my question. I recommend!
