We had two awkward pieces of furniture left in an apartment that we had already moved out of. Ryan was extremely easy to communicate with through text, and sent photos of the items in his trailer. Payment was also easy through Venmo. We had a weird situation due to us no longer being in our townhouse, but this was no issue for Ryan. Great customer service, and the best price I could find after calling almost 10 other places. Highly recommend, would definitely use again for any junk removal needs.

Top notch, A-1 local business here in Portland! Ryan made scheduling a couch pickup effortless on my end. They were even kind enough to take my items from my front porch, though I opted for curbside pickup, to avoid any rain damage. A smooth transaction and ideal for anyone that prefers no contact service right now. On top of that, his dog Ernie is the bee’s knees! Support local, and most importantly support raising healthy and happy dogs in 2021.

Very easy to use, great service. Sent pictures of our junk plie to Ryan and he responded right way with an estimate. Did curbside pickup the next day, just had to have it at curbside by 9 a.m. He picked it by 11 a.m. and even lowered the price from the original estimate. Would definitely recommend this small, local operation and will use him again. Thank you Ryan!

Super easy to deal with and the price is the most reasonable around. I had been putting off getting rid of all the scraps from yard and building projects because of the hassle of having to rent a pickup truck and take it to the dump. All I had to do was send Ernie a text with the picture of the pile and I received a quick estimate. The next day Ernie and his pet humans came and hauled it all away. Good dog!

Ernie’s Wagon is definitely saved to my contacts for future use! They are friendly, professional and reliable. Our dogs destroyed some furniture we had stored in the garage. Sent photos to the phone number on his page (brilliant idea) and had a quote from him in minutes. I loved how responsive and personable he was even via text message.

His rate was MUCH lower than another local company. I more then appreciate how accommodating he was because our HOA wouldn’t allow us to have trash on our curb.

He allowed us to put our bundle on the side of our house for him to pick up. He did so without complaining that it wasn’t exactly at the “curb”. I found him to be very attentive and communicative throughout the process. This is extremely rare these days but priceless to me.

We hired Ryan to remove an old shed and greenhouse from our backyard. I had texted him photos of the structures, and he responded immediately with a very reasonable cost estimate—both great signs. We scheduled a time for him to come by, and within two days he had both structures completely demolished and hauled away. He even neatly stacked the paving stones that had been used as their foundations, and tidied up the newly-uncovered ground.
