I found Erick through Nextdoor about a year ago and he’s been regularly taking care of our lawn and some other landscaping needs we’ve needed to have done. He’s extremely communicative, punctual, and very responsive and helpful. He’s helped us with blackberries, weed maintenance, rototilling our small garden lot, trimming trees and whatever else we’ve needed to have done additionally. He visits us between 2-4 times per month depending on the season and the needs of our garden and lawn area. I would 5 out of 5 recommend. JWP has been cleaning our properties for about a year. Very thorough service and no complaints from tenants at move in. Sometimes they are not available on short notice, but usually work to move things around if they can to get us scheduled when needed.

I have been using Reliant for the yard care of my rental property for about a year. They did such a good job I asked them to start doing my own home yard care! It looks brand new every time they are done! They are super responsive and professional. Highly recommend them for your yard needs.

I work with a property management firm and have worked with JWP for over a year. They are one of the best landscaping company's around. The owner, Jon is familiar with the way property management works and lets us know if there is anything out of the ordinary on the property.

We were having issues with multiple other landscape services billing for work never completed and invoices with very little description. One company actually was only mowing the front lawn and never touched the backyard. It was a college rental so they assumed the tenants wouldn't complain and we wouldn't notice when driving by. The backyard was a complete jungle when we finally found out while meeting the homeowner at the property. Very embarrassing! Since switching to JWP, they have been very descriptive with invoicing and provide periodic photos of the property along with notes for possible exterior maintenance needs that give us peace of mind that work is being completed professionally. Super happy with their service so far.
