These guys are really fast and good at the job. very nice guys not much for comunicating, but very respectful of there surroundings. Kudos NWL.

They are a disgrace to the word landscape. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I'm not sure they have ever sharpened their blades. I wouldn't even call them lawn mowers.

Worst landscaping company ever. They will over trim and kill all your bushes and trees.

We are kind of stuck with them because our HOA has chosen them for landscaping needs… However they leave stripes in the yard, they leave circles in the yard from the mower, they don’t trim the tall grass along the fence or our barked garden beds ... Claim they fertilize when they haven’t… Totally unhappy as is our neighborhood

Our HOA uses them for our lawn maintenance. They do a terrible job. Inconsistent and sloppy. They tear up the yard and leave strips and patches everywhere. Would give zero stars if possible.

These guys are by far some of the worst landscapers I've seen. Rarely trim/ edge the whole way around the yard. If you're lucky they'll edge along the sidewalk, or maybe along the bark mulch but rarely both. They do a lousy job of mowing. Our HOA has chosen this company and I'm sure it's because they're less expensive than other companies. You get what yo pay for????

Joey McElhannon, our area manager at Northwest Landscape Services, has been doing a great job keeping on top of irrigation issues in our neighborhood. He has provided special project quotes quickly and at reasonable prices too. Customer service is spot on!

Not surprised that they have bad reviews. They drive around in trucks that are not covered causing a dock to break the windshield. They won’t take responsibility either leaving me to take them to court. Use them at your own risk!!!

Monarch is pretty good at what they do. I did have some issues with the previous team who was working on my property but after some onsite walks and explaining what i am looking for they jumped right into it and now i have no complains. Brandon has so far been very good at communicating everything with me.

Landscaping company has switched supervisors there's no communication we are paying to have a hill taking care of a few times a month and try to address the issues with supervisor that was on site he says he's doing what he was told they only get the front of our lawns and trim the front of the bushes there was more to the contract and he told me I had to call the company to address the issues they show up when they want something they won't show up one week and then they'll show up out of the blue call the company nobody answers the phone. left messages no call backs.
