Called Duck plumbing after a frustrating experience with some other larger chain options, Brad was there within the hour and jumped right into assessing the issue, his wealth of expierence and knowledge are clear, he had my issue resolved quickly even with some unforseen hurdles, this is the first place I'll call for any future plumbing needs

It's never a good day when you need a plumber. But Duck Plumbing saved the day. Brad was awesome, was able to come out within hours, got the job done in record time, reasonable rate and educated us on the proper winter maintenance of hose bibs. His number is in my phone and we will refer him to our neighbors and friends.

We had a tricky venting issue in our condo, and while many other plumbers simply wrote off the issue or suggested an unnecessarily expensive camera option, Brad from Duck Plumbing was experienced and knowledgeable in diagnosing and solving the issue and actually took our concern seriously. jack and kingston arrived punctually to fulfill the warranty service for the replacement of a damaged condensate pan on our heat pump's air handler. they clearly explained their planned course of action and had every necessary tool for the task at hand, even including shoe covers. the freon line set was situated too near to the access door, so they needed to carefully loosen the connections. during this process, it became apparent that replacing the uv bulb could prove challenging, so jack ingeniously altered the access panel and elevated the line set to facilitate future bulb replacements. both gentlemen were extremely professional and courteous throughout the procedure, and they were open to my observations and inquiries. jack and kingston are truly invaluable to their team. keep up the excellent work!

this experience with clark brothers hvac was top notch. in the past, i had a less than stellar interaction with another company who convinced me to replace the evaporator coil of my heater. despite spending $700 and having more freon pumped in, my heater broke again in just a few days. i discovered that the issue was not even with the evaporator coil, which left me feeling frustrated and cheated. however, when i turned to clark brothers hvac and met with their technician, miles, my perspective changed. miles was completely transparent and genuine, pinpointing the actual problem with my heater. not only did he fix the issue, but he also took the time to educate me about heater maintenance and potential problems. unlike my previous experiences, i found that the service from clark brothers hvac was very fair and affordable. miles didn't see me as just another source of profit, but treated me with respect and care. this experience showed me that not all heater repair services are alike. some, like clark brothers hvac, genuinely care about their customers and their comfort. thanks to them, my heater is running smoothly again. i can confidently say that their service is very honest and reasonable. they truly restored my faith in heater repair services. i am now certain that losing even a single customer matters to them, and they go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. i'm very grateful for their service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of heater repair services in hubbard. thank you.
