I have known Doug for years and he’s helped us with our heating needs previously. He came right out to our home and fixed our system, and also gave me some tips for ongoing maintenance that would extend the lifetime of our system. His knowledge and customer service is superior.

Called when my heat pump was making funny noises. They responded quickly, came to give us a service. Advised us on a much more in-depth service would be needed to extend the life of our unit. We authorized that work and it was completed quickly! Now my unit is humming along and I'm not worried its about to fail.

These guys did a great job installing a new A/C condenser and evaporator last spring, I scheduled them to service my gas furnace while they were on site. They came out as schedueld, told me the scope of worrk and got it done, no problem. Very happy!

Both Doug and Jake were awesome. Called them on a Sunday and actually talked to Doug, He arrived first thing Monday morning, diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and Tuesday morning Jake arrived, we had heat again! They are quick and efficient.
