After about 9 ears our heat pump stopped. The heat pump store supplied us with new oil heaters until the parts arrived.

had two ductless systems put in. I made sure to signup the models on the manufacture's website in case of warranty issues. One started to have issues starting with heating and blowing. The Heat Store came out multiple times to figure out the issue and repair. Even though this was a long drive, they got it done. The same pump then started to have issues with cooling and they came out and got this fixed. I would highly recommend them due to customer service. The fix was not easy to figure out and due to the interactions, got to know the manager and technicians which were all great.

Great customer service. Their technicians are particularly good and don't leave a mess behind. Neat and efficient. My heat pump is working like it was new.

Jan Pratt and friends at The Heat Pump Store installed a Daikin heat pump for my new 21 x 21 foot office / library / music room (converted from a garage), and they were extremely helpful in deciding on the right system and where to put it. I recommend them highly, not just because the results are great but because they were so thorough, efficient and good to work with.

I had a heatpump installed in January of 2023 and wanted to wait a year to review so I had enough information and honestly I LOVE MY HEAT PUMP!! This has been the single best investment I have made in a home in years. The temp is consistent, the machine is very quiet and easy to use and my power bill stays low each month no matter what. I cannot recommend this enough!!!

Heat Pump Store is the best from design and sales to maintenance and fine tuning the system to follow-up. I also appreciate their tutorial for getting the best out of the unit. I have had ductless/minisplits since 2010 so I've dealt with several installers and service vendors. HPS is the most responsive and reliable.

Pretty quick and easy and the cost was considerably lower than the next best competitor. I always get a minimum of three bids for every project I have done and this company represents the biggest difference in cost I’ve ever seen for any project I’ve done by percentage. And the work was stellar the people nice and the time to complete was awesome. Highly recommend The Heat Pump Store for any heat pump project of any size you won’t be disappointed.

Justin and his partner did a great job installing our heat pump. They were fast, efficient, and ensured everything was working properly and that I knew how to run it before they left. Definitely recommend them!

The technician failed to diagnose the issue need to get the mini-split system running. Another company was called and had the system running, at a lesser labor rate. Your technician obviously didn't care or didn't have the experience necessary for the job. Very poor service, no good recommendations coming from here!

Todd and his crew were amazing. We just purchased a home built in 1953 that still had the original in wall heaters (eek😬). Knowing we did not want to use them we called the heat pump store in Independence and are not sorry we did. We went with a multi-zone Daikin and won't ever look back. The last two days have been amazing and we are actually comfortable in our home now! Highly recommend the Heat Pump store. Very professional and quality workmanship

From the start of the process to the end of the install the Heat Pump Store did a fantastic job in installing our new system at our coastal home. The staff and installers were on time the day of the install and were communicative during the entire process. We now have a very efficient way to heat and cool our home. I cant recommend them enough for your heat pump needs.

The Heat Pump Store has done it again. This is the 3rd time in 7 years that we have gone to them for heat pump+mini-splits to heat/cool our Oregon homes in every season. Every time they have provided excellent tech advice, service, and equipment at a great price. Today’s installation team (Justin, Miriam, Jesse and Axel) showed up early in a driving rain storm and hung from ladders to install line sets. Then they grabbed another set of tools to set up the pump, and to connect and fill the lines. I was dry inside, but they were outside getting soaked and doing an amazing job. And what a friendly crew. A 10 star performance!

Jeremy was especially awesome and did an excellent job at explaining everything, including the installation process, how our new heating/cooling system functions, how to use and maintain it plus advice on ways to use it most efficiently, and answered all my questions!
