Reviews of local pros in Junction City, Oregon

Cory was so thorough and his report and walk through after inspecting were very helpful as a first time homebuyer. I would recommend Cory to anyone but especially first time buyers. The process is stressful, and it’s always nice to find someone to bring clarity. Thanks Cory!

Cory was very communicative from the get-go. His inspection was thorough and his report (full with pictures and videos) was very detailed and easy to understand. Highly recommend.

Corey was very thorough and professional, candid appraisal pointed out defects that helped us on making a decision to not move forward with a house ....would highly recommend him and will use him again....

Cory Gant with Gant Property Inspections has performed multiple inspections for my real estate clients. My clients and I have been impressed with Cory's professionalism and thoroughness in his work. He is prompt in the delivery of the inspection reports and is quick to respond to any follow up questions or clarifications. I have and will continue to recommend Cory and Gant Property Inspections to people!

We hired Cory for a home inspection before purchasing it. He was prompt, honest, and very thorough on his report which came back the very next morning. Cannot recommend Gant property Inspections enough!

I am an investor and read a lot of home inspection reports.
I just went through Corey's inspection report on my investment property in Coos Bay, his report is really neat! I love the interactive nature of it and the embedded YouTube videos, as well as his rehab recommendations. We'll definitely use Corey again!

Cory of GANT Property Inspections did a great job for us. He thoroughly went over every detail of the property we are buying and provided us with the most detailed and comprehensive report we have ever had in a real estate inspection. Excellent all the way.

I purchased a new construction home and hired Corey as our home inspector. Unfortunately I got sick and was unable to attend the post inspection walkthrough, but Corey provided a series of video walkthroughs instead. The report was very thorough and he found a couple of issues that my construction team has now addressed.

Cory is a consummate professional. He has a deep love of his business and helping others. The most important thing about my inspection was that it was thorough. Not only did Cory do everything by the book on the home inspection, he brought his own experience as a contractor to tell me exactly what was wrong with a couple of items so I could decide whether I wanted to fix it myself with a repair addendum from the seller or require the seller to fix it prior to close. Also, his use of technology is refreshing. He uses current equipment to perform the inspection and uses a web platform to provide all the information along the way. All this and he is one of the kindest people you will ever meet.

Gant Inspections was the most professional Inspection experience I've ever had. I was impressed with Cory's thoroughness, and how easy it was to understand the presentation of his findings (with photos and great English explanations). Plus, when his findings and observations can cause an experienced Realtor to say, "Wow, good point,, good catch" when discussing something "Level-Above," I know I've got the right guy.

I've known Cory to be a skilled Home Builder/Contractor for many years, and he brings that experience into the Inspection world. GREEAT value for the money - well spent!!

Cory is amazing with what he does, he walks us through all the issues he found, gave us advise as what needs to be done and options for them as well. My wife and I are really happy with the inspection and confident with it. I'd definitely recommend his work to my friends and family.

Cory recently performed an inspection on a home for my wife and I. He was extremely easy to work with throughout the process and presented the information in a way that was easy for us to understand. We appreciated him taking the time to do a walk through and thoroughly explain his observations. Overall, we highly recommend Gant Property Inspections!

Cory was excellent. We couldn't have asked for a more thorough inspection! He was not only professional but the home inspection report provided included pictures that explained different issues or potential issues. He pointed out things that we would have totally missed or never thought to check. If we ever buy a home again, we won't hesitate to call Cory.

Very thorough, professional and concise. I would recommend GANT to any one needing a property inspection.

We worked with Cory on a recent home purchase and couldn't be happier. He's professional and thorough and very knowledgeable. He was able to get us on his schedule within a week and we had a full report later the same evening as the inspection. We would highly recommend Cory and Gant Property Inspections and would use him again without hesitation.

Corey was absolutely wonderful and even had videos for us to watch of the house and the problems.

We realized how much time he had spent on all of it when he called us and talked to us about all of the different issues with the house… happily even though there were issues, he was very positive about the house and its condition and what we needed to do.

There was a lot as it is 120 year old Victorian house, but he was very precise and detailed about what we needed to do and even sent us the details in writing about what needed to be done.

He spent an hour with us afterwards talking to us and answering the questions we had. Best inspection ever! Very experienced and thorough person to work with which was a pleasure. Was also very responsive with follow-up questions that we had after the inspection. Best inspector we have ever had. ❤️

I am very satisfied with the inspection that Cory did with the house that we are going to purchase. He is very detailed in looking at everything that need to be checked, open to questions, and suggests things that could be helpful. Very pleasant and professional.

Cory is very detailed and thorough. I would recommend him for any job or inspection. He explained everything to us and had solutions to any future property problems.

Cory was professional, quick to respond and schedule, and incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. We appreciate his attention to detail and honesty. He went through the walkthrough and he explained everything we needed to know about our new home and how to fix or change what needed attention. We paid for a sewer scope in addition to the home inspection and he pointed out why we didn't really need to do the scope so he refunded us. His report surpassed our expectations. Not only was it detailed with pictures and easy to navigate and understand, but there are diagrams as well to explain how things work or how it should be constructed. Very empowering for the first-time home owner. I would hire him again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

Cory was thorough, detailed, willing to explain and answer questions and provided an excellent and detailed report on the inspection. Our experience with Cory is nothing short of exactly what we had hoped for.

When it is time to sell, we will call Cory again to prepare a pre-sale inspection report because we know that he is on top of everything, thorough, and will give us all the information we need to make the selling process seamless. There is no higher recommendation that I could give.

Cory is great to work with! He is very professional and thorough, and does a great job explaining home maintenance items to clients. His experience as a contractor shows through with his knowledge. I will definitely hire him again for my clients!
