Cory did an excellent twice!! We used him a second time when we cancelled the first offer. We enjoyed his responsiveness, his focus on details, knowledgable answers to whatever questions we asked and his friendliness. He even discounted second inspection because we were a previous client. i would use him again and recommend him.

My wife and I are buying our first house as a new construct. We were not sure what to expect from an inspection, and figured not much would come for a new construct… Cory was extremely thorough in his report and found some things we are glad we caught early! He also took the time to explain how to best maintain some of the building materials used over time. Our experience with him was phenomenal!

If you’re looking to leave your shoddy WiFi and join the 21st Century with fast, wired internet in your home, call IES. You will love Aaron, who is communicative, honest, personable, and the kind knowledgeable that you only get from 30 years of experience in the industry. IES is used to working with huge clients like school districts and local governments, but they approached our project (3 cat-6 ethernet drops and a tie-in point in the “network” closet) like we were their favorite customer. We were on their schedule within a week of the estimate. Victor and Jake were so courteous and efficient. They had to crawl through the innards of a 1910 farmhouse and with enthusiasm and a little creativity they made our new network ports look like they belong in our home. Awesome service! In the past when I’ve called electricians they can be condescending when I ask questions. Kim is very knowledgeable and was respectful when I had questions about how things worked. She was attentive to all concerns and fixed every problem. Totally a keeper!

I had a great experience working with Balanced Electric to upgrade my standby generator, replace my main panel and install a new sub-panel. Along the way they noticed that a GFCI outlet had failed and replaced it. Every employee I worked with was incredibly skilled, kind and a straight shooter. They did excellent work, explained everything along the way and they did a great job coordinating with subcontractors for trenching, the local utility and the county as needed. I highly recommend them to anyone in their service area.

I have had a wonderful experience with this company. I believe two women are at the helm with journeymen helping out.
They are super-competent, friendly, clear communicators and did a wonderful job after the ice storm took down our electric and pulled our box from the wall. Totally knew what they were doing!

He was detail-oriented and explained many details unknown to us as the Generac came with the purchase of our home.
