Owen is extremely professional and personable, and does an excellent job at detailing and lawn care. I highly recommend him.

We would highly recommend ROYAL GREEN LANDSCAPING. We hired Bob (owner) to remove roots, grade and lay down new sod after we had two large trees removed. We immediately felt comfortable with Bob’s non-pressure approach, friendliness and ease of conversation. In scheduling the work, he was communicative, responsive and professional from start to finish. The quality of work is superior! But the job didn’t end there, he has also helped with many other tasks that my husband could not do on his own. Since then, Bob has come by to make sure that everything was in good order and to let us know he was ready for the next task we have asked him to do.

Bob, we thank you and ROYAL GREEN LANDSCAPING so very much for your most professional, polite and responsive attitude. We love our yard so much and can hardly wait for the next phase. My neighbor referred Royal Garden Lawn Maintenance to me. My very first call to the business was answered - by the owner! He came out the same day and bid the job. He said he could start the following week, but would try and do the initial clean up within a couple days. Within two days Owen showed up and got busy. When it comes to landscape companies, I've never had better service! Reasonable rates, they do what they say they are going to do, and top notch professionalism!

Owen estimated and accepted payment of $555 for landscaping services, but only worked for three hours.
Owen could have said “Hey, that wasn’t as difficult as I thought it would be. I’ll do the right thing and reduce my bill”.

But instead:

Owen charged $223 per hour for hedge trimming.
( $335 for 90 minutes work)

Owen charged $147 per hour for lawn mowing.
( $220 for 90 minutes work)

Plus … complete clean-up, removal and disposal of trimmings was not done as promised, leaving a significant and inconvenient mess.

Plus … he totally disregarded very specific cutting height instructions and scalped parts of the lawn. A previously envied front lawn now has several very ugly brown areas which will need weeks to recover.

Owen should have said “Hey …”
But he didn’t.
He took advantage.

Owen and his team were quick to respond and to get us on their schedule. They worked hard and efficiently and did a PHENOMENAL job. Extremely friendly and very courteous.

I hired these guys to do a clean up and they did an awesome job! Owen and angel came out here and got this done in a quick and efficient manner. I’m actually pretty impressed. I tried for a couple weeks to set up a small yard cleanup but was not getting responses. Today, after another attempt, I got a brief response that they are fully booked and not accepting new customers. This company is well rated for their actual work, but I give them one star for poor communication with potential clients. Perhaps the fact that they are fully booked. should be clear on their website?

Owen is amazing! He takes care of our office and our home in a very professional manner. He communicates with us every step of the way and is very easy to work with. We highly recommend Owen and his team!

Owen was absolutely amazing! He was able to completely fix our backyard, it was overgrown and covered in weeds and blackberry bushes. Now we have a fresh start. Very affordable and friendly as well. Will be using royal for all future lawn care.

My lawn has never looked better! Royal Garden not only does a great job at keeping my yard and foliage beautiful but they also care about the plant life. They are knowledgeable about what is in season and when certain lawn services should be done to keep the health of your yard. Payments are easy and very reasonable, and customer service is always available. I’ll be a lifelong customer!
