Reviews of local pros in Keizer, Oregon

Mr. Rios responded almost instantly to my request for a quote, and came out to see my property the next day. They did a very thorough job cleaning up all the weeds, and will be coming to lay down bark dust/mulch in my flower beds. I’m very impressed with their thoroughness and efficiency in getting things done.

Rios Lawn Maintenance has been doing our yard for over ten years. They are the best landscaper ever, and before them we tried several that did not do a good job. In addition to regular mowing, edging, etc., Rios does an excellent job keeping the weeds down, pruning as needed, removing overgrown shrubs, and supplying and planting new shrubs as requested. When I look at my neighbors' yards, maintained by other companies, it is easy to see that Rios is the best.

Great work Great employees

We highly recommend JR. and RP Construction and Excavating Services. I've attached pictures of our recently completed boulder wall. These terraced walls were to be attached to our house and we wanted them to be perfect and blend in perfectly with our existing landscaping and to create a whole new area of adjacent lawn. JR. was so skilled at moving and placing these huge basalt boulders, creating a true work of art. He did the excavation, drainage piping, rock work and grading and all exceeded our expectations. Easy to get along with, personable and he graciously adapted to my many design changes. Without a drawing or much of an idea what was in my head, he created exactly what we wanted. Can't say enough about how happy we are. What a breath of fresh air to find and work with a contractor of this caliber ...... and at a highly competitive price! We wish you all the success you deserve. Thanks again JR!

In March of 2024 I hired RP Construction to remove the grass from my front yard and to create a patio area. The work was done with both care and efficiency, and communication with regard to various changes was superb. Highly recommended.

Claudio and his team were excellent. On time, polite, professional and economic in their approach to the project. They all have a positive friendly attitude, and we could not be happier with their work!
They excavated and built a narrow stem wall for our remodel. It was Square and Level. We had them come back to excavate, form and pour and intricate ramp, which came out perfectly.
5 stars!

I have had the pleasure of working with Nosa Property Improvements for a number of months now for a number of their services. They have been extremely helpful, and the quality of work has been exceptional.

Very pleased with Nosa Asset Improvements
cleaning out our Garage of moving boxes at a very reasonable price.

The team did a fantastic job performing a massive fall yard cleanup. They were responsive and a pleasure to work with. I’m looking forward to using them on a monthly basis.

Our condominium HOA was concerned about the condition of one of the upper units that is currently Bank – owned and has been vacant for at least three years. NOSA Asset Improvement graciously and quickly responded to our request for access and inspection. It was a huge relief to see that they had done a stellar job winterizing the unit last fall and making sure there were no problems with water leaks.

Nosa contractor hired to empty a neighborhood house dumped a trailer load of clean-out debris from a different job on parking strip.

Showed up within half hr of promise time. Got it all cleaned up. Honored quote price. Solid guys. Nice job backing trailer in.

Henry was very professional and knowledgeable. He and his crew changed our yard from messy to fabulous. Very clean lines in our yard. We will definitely have him help us over and over.

Highly recommend Henry’s Ground Maintenance! I have hired them a couple times and the service is always excellent from start to finish — they were able to schedule me quickly, showed up on time, and clearly know what they’re doing. Super knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to work with. My yard looks great and the whole process was smooth. Will definitely continue to use them again and again!

Henry is very dependable and I would highly recommend him. He is courteous, kind and does an excellent job.

My husband posted a review and I totally agree with his statements. However, Henry and his team returned today to review and complete some finishing touches. They have gone above and beyond! Thank you for the best service ever….

The entire experience with Henry has been great. Great communication, very friendly and courteous, high quality clean up. Henry seems to take pride in his company and that passes to his employees.
