Reviews of local pros in Keizer, Oregon

I recommend Precision Carpet Cleaning over & over! I have had my carpets cleaned several times and I am always impressed with the outstanding service. Rich is professional, friendly, fast, efficient, and VERY fair with pricing!

I was more than pleased at the work Rich did in cleaning our carpets this week . He got stains out that I didn't think would come out and thanks to him it looks like new. I would highly recommend Percision Carpet Cleaning for your next carpet cleaning.😊😊😊😊😊

Rich showed up on time. Did an exceptional job!!! I would definitely recommend precision carpet cleaning and will be using him in the future.

He was punctual and friendly. Ask questions about how we previously treated stains.. He explained his process and got to work!! He even worked around my over friendly child and dog!!
10 out of 10 would recommend!! Thanks again!!

It’s not so common to find a vendor who is truly as advertised. Rich was gracious, skilled, conscientious and patient with our schedule changes. The carpet looked amazing; he gave helpful tips and advice on future care. Would use again…and will!

Clean-clean-clean is what my carpets look like now! Rich was prompt, fair priced and called the next day to make sure everything was to my expectations. He used corner protectors, the proper equipment and used citrus based, fresh products. I'd use his services again.

I am a small business owner myself. While at a clients house a year ago I met this gentleman named Rich. Being a retired carpet cleaner myself, I knew the exact process of what he should and could be doing. And although every owner has his owner style, Rich did everything correctly.

Now about a year later, I have purchased my first home, and desperately needed my carpets professionally cleaned with professional equipment.

I pulled out rich's card and gave him a text, he quickly responded and we setup a rough day. That day came quick, and he was prompt and ready to wash our pet stained carpets.

The bedroom was the worst and I knew there wasn't much hope. The living room had a few bad spots and a fair amount of "Oh these should come up clean"...

The carpets look amazing, Rich made sure my wife and kid felt at home while we all worked on getting the house ready with boxes. He was very polite, courteous and, caring. Rich went above and beyond to try and remove every stain and odor.

Roughly 2 weeks later and the living is still amazing. However, as WE BOTH EXPECTED, the bedroom carpet is VERY CLEAN, but odor has returned.

Cat urine is nearly impossible to remove from a bad underneath carpet. Carpet and pad is being removed and new replacement pending.

Thank you very much Rich for your amazing customer service skills, and for treating your clients as humans.
I WOULD MORE THEN HIGHLY RECOMMEND Rich to be called for all your carpet cleaning needs.

Rich at Precision Carpet cleaning did a great job! Reasonable pricing. He helped with moving things and carpets looked great! What else can you ask for. He was on time and got stains out 👍👍👍

Arrived right on time and did a tremendous job. Stubborn stains that we never thought would get taken care of were removed and our carpet looks like it did almost 8 years ago when we had it installed. Rich was friendly, honest and I wouldn't hesitate to have him back for future cleanings.

Rich was great! He was on time and helped me move some furniture before he started. The carpets looked brand new when he was done. This will be who I use for my carpets from now on. Thanks Rich!

Always does a wonderful job! goes the extra mile and is a super down to earth and very nice gentleman. I heard from my grandparents about Precision Carpet cleaning and I wouldn't go to any one else! They get you in quickly and the service is fast and precise. :) We have used them a couple times now and I'am always amazed by the finished product. Thank you for keeping our carpets looking good and smelling good!

Highly recommended. Rich the owner did everything promised and more. He is self directed and seems to do the work as if it is his place. I asked if he could get some of the carpet in a bedroom and I was really impressed with how well he did. I thought some areas were too bad to salvage but it came out looking like new. Some stains will come back over time because it's too far gone. It was nice to see things done so well.

Amazing customer service and quality work. Rich was happy to explain any questions I had and was very accurate with the time frame and what I should expect from the clean. The price was very competitive when I shopped around. I was more than happy with how the carpet turned out. This is a small local company I would recommend to all run by a great guy.

This is the BEST company to have clean your carpets. I've had Rich cleaning for me for over 12 years now and every time my carpets look and feel amazing. He's friendly and really listens to your needs of service then get the job done! I highly recommend him and won't go with anyone else EVER!

I have hired Rich at Precision Carpets 3x now; twice for heavily stained upholstery from animals and once after a child threw up red berries all over my chiffon couch (it was STINKY and he came quickly.) I am extremely satisfied! Odors, animal urine and stains have come right out. One of those occasions, he was willing to work with me when I had to abruptly reschedule after a more urgent issue showed up. Love supporting small businesses and his amazing work keeps us coming back!!

Precision Carpet Cleaning is a wonderful family run business and my family and I highly recommend them. We had them come to spray our couch to protect against stains. The owner, Rich, was helpful and kind and scheduling was super easy. Our couch smells great and there is no strange residue. We will definitely be using them again.

Awesome... I called on Monday afternoon and he fit me in his schedule the next day. Totally professional and did a amazing job. So nice and priced is reasonable. I’m so happy with the outcome. Thank you so much for a job well done. I would recommend him to any and everyone!!!! I have 4 kids and there were stains everywhere. I walked in to my carpet so clean that it just made my day. So happy!!! Thanks again !!!!

Update 11/17/25:
I've used this company three years now for my annual home cleaning (carpet and area rugs). Rich is always prompt in returning calls and scheduling, and also very reasonable pricing. He's professional, knowledgeable and good at what he does! Support this local, family-owned business!

Updating 3/1/23 because google won’t let me leave two reviews:
If I could give 10 stars I would! We’ve continued to use Precision for several years now and have always been satisfied with the end results. Not even a week after we got our carpets cleaned this last time one of our pets had an accident (so frustrating!!). I reached out to Rich and he came back and took care of the accident area so quickly! He always replies within 24 hours and is such a great communicator. He’s also very reasonably priced. We are very happy customers and will be as long as he’s in business!

Original 11/2021:
We have used Precision Carpet Cleaning three times now and have been extremely satisfied each time. We have 3 huskies and a cat so cleaning our carpets is no small task. Each visit Rich has given us updates on things he’s noticed with our carpet (like spots where there seems to be more pet hair/odor, etc) and also tips on how to maintain our carpet in between professional cleanings. It has always been super easy to schedule a visit and communication has always been amazing with quick replies and updating if there is any changes to appointments. We’ve used other carpet cleaning companies in the past, usually just searching for the best deal, but we will definitely stick with Rich and Precision Carpet Cleaning from now on! Affordable, flexible, great customer service, and great quality!

Rich has cleaned carpets for our high traffic office as well as personal home for the last 6 years. We have always been happy with the quality of his work, professionalism and timeliness. I highly recommend Precison Carpet Cleaning.

Amazing
