Chaz was great to work with and easy to reach via text, email, and phone. That alone is extremely hard to find from contractors these days. The experience felt really good. I can not recommend Chaz highly enough.

We can not thank you enough for the great job you did for us. The roof looks amazing and it is so wonderful to know that are gutters are cleaned and ready for the upcoming winter!
Chaz we definitely will be using your company for all our roofing needs.
Thank you and we will see you next year!!!

Chaz did an amazing job and now, because I am on their automatic maintenance schedule, I never have to worry about roof and gutter cleanings! Wonderful worker and good prices. Would highly recommend.

Chaz is a GREAT partner for this work! He returns emails promptly, the timing arrangements were followed exactly, and I believe our roof will last several years longer thanks to the treatments. I HIGHLY recommend Chaz and PDX Gutters and Roofs!

I’ve seen Chaz clean gutters and roofs with the best of quality. He’ll offer exceptional service at a fair price. He’s personable and extremely trustworthy. Uses harness and ropes to keep himself safe. He cleans our gutters and roofs 4 times a year. We’re surrounded by trees and it needs it.

I was super happy with the roof/gutter & window cleaning done by PDX Gutters and Roofs. Chaz was prompt, friendly, professional and thorough. We will definitely use this company in the future.

Chaz and his team were extremely professional and did an amazing job cleaning my roof and gutters. I have 2 giant Sequoias and one California Redwood tree that constantly drops debris and we are lucky to find a roof cleaning company to tackle the job multiple times per year. I would definitely recommend their services.... and they also hang Christmas lights!

Chaz did a phenomenal job cleaning out my gutters! I am so impressed by his professionalism and quality of work, not to mention competitive pricing. The entire premise of my house was spotless after the job was completed! Chaz takes pride in his work and it definitely shows! I am looking forward to having PDX Gutters and Roofs back with window cleaning this summer!

Chaz at PDX Gutters and Roofs came to our rescue when we had a clogged roof dryer vent. We knew the quality of his work after he took care of our overflowing gutters a couple of months back but we were unsure he could help us with the vent. He responded quickly and had us taken care of the same day always professional and with a smile. Thank you Chaz!

Chaz was referred to us by another company since our job was smaller in scope. He responded to our request immediately and followed up with us on our schedule. He is professional and accountable for his work. We appreciated his efforts and are very happy with the results. We will definitely support his business any way we can.

Chaz is responsive, professional & pleasant. He installed a leaking and rotting gutter on my home. He also painted the gutter. He took a few minutes to show me the fixes & improvements he made, and explained what he was doing & why. He carefully cleaned up any debris around which he had worked, which I appreciated. I was very pleased with his excellent handiwork, & highly recommend him to other homeowners. He takes great care & pride in his work, and that's important.

We have used PDX Gutters and Roofs on a few occasions now and each time I have been more than impressed. Friendly, prompt, professional, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and did a fantastic job. They are easy to work with and exceeded my expectations. In our current world, it can be difficult to find companies that truly understand the value of doing an exceptional job. Chaz and PDX Gutters and Roofs do just that. I highly recommend.

Chaz was great to work with! He installed gutter guards for us and fit us into his schedule to get them in before the leaves start dropping for fall. He was professional, prompt, and gave us a very fair price. We will definitely use PDX Gutters and Roofs again!

We needed our roof and gutters cleaned and treated for moss and Chaz was excellent to work with. He was prompt at responding and giving us an estimate, got us on his schedule quickly, and did a great job with the actual work. We would 100% utilize him again and recommend to anyone needing roof care.

I had a great experience with PDX Gutters & Roofs. They recently cleaned the gutters on my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with their work. The staff (Chaz) was incredibly patient and friendly throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain everything he was doing. They were professional, efficient, and left everything spotless.

It’s refreshing to see a local business that truly cares about its customers and delivers such high-quality service. I highly recommend PDX Gutters & Roofs for anyone looking for reliable gutter cleaning. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

Chaz responded very quickly to my request for an estimate, provided it immediately, then came out 2 days later to confirm the work to be done and uniqueness of my job, since my home was built in 1886 and has built in gutters and downspouts. He was confident that it would be no problem for him and came out 2 days later to complete the job, on time and UNDER budget! When does that ever happen, especially in this day and age? Needless to say, we will gladly have him back next year and be referring him to anyone who needs his services.
