ZAP is who I prefer to call for anything electric that I need done. Vaughn is excellent with his work, reliable, and professional. We have used ZAP to install a back up generator that can power most of the house during outages, as well as complete wiring of our workshop and a sunroom addition. Most recently, Vaughn was able to solve a problem over the phone for me. I recommend him highly to anyone needing an electrician.

Zap Electric is a wonderful company for your electric needs. Vaughn previously installed ceiling fans in a couple of our rooms. He was quick to respond when we called and did a wonderful job installing them and communicating with us regarding his work. Today we had another issue arise and called him again fully expecting he would need to come out but he gave us a recommendation to troubleshoot first and said if it didn't do the trick to let him know and he could come out. It turns out that was our issue and we were able to fix it ourselves. This willingness to help over the phone confirms our previous thoughts about him being a solid company to work with. We won't hesitate to call him again in the future for our electrical needs.

Dan was great. Lived up to name of company. He came up with a solution to a problem I was dealing with that was a fraction of the cost of reputable plumbing companies. He immediately understood where I was at in analyzing the problem as a cost -benefit analysis. I'd give six stars if allowed.

I must say that a previous review stating incompetence is a load of crap and completely untrue!! It's infuriating that people can lie about someone and their business, fabricate a narrative and get away with it. That is wrong in so many ways and they should be ashamed of themselves. There is absolutely NO merit it what they've said.

Travis went above and beyond on our project. He added a wheel to a heavy, sagging gate. Due to unforeseen complications it took trying several different wheels before finding the right one for the job. He took extra time and effort to get it right. We contracted Timber Ridge Remodeling LLC after reading many favorable reviews online. We were selling our house, and along with some caulking and other small jobs, we needed several walls patched and painted. Although the house would be empty, there was a tight schedule set to make sure we had it ready to sell on time.

Travis was quick to respond to our email and he gave us the option of an on-site or virtual estimate for the work. We greatly appreciated the flexibility to get a virtual quote through our photos and written descriptions, as we were busily packing for our move. Upon arrival, Travis assessed the original paint we had stored and noted that it had dried too much to use. He quickly assessed the situation and went to Sherman Williams, ensuring we had enough paint to complete the job. As it had been seven years since the walls had been painted, Travis made multiple passes to feather the color, so the new paint blended with the existing paint on the wall. Although there were additional materials to purchase and the job took more time than the original estimate (due to my underestimate), he did not gouge us for the labor. Over the span of three days, he completed the jobs at the house, working into the evening and around other people that were also supporting us, and closing the house each night. Travis had good communication with both my wife and myself via text, email and phone before, during, and after the project. We appreciate the work Travis did helping us getting our house ready to sell and I recommend Timber Ridge Remodeling LLC for projects big and small.

While they were taking care of another issue, I inquired if they would be willing to repair door trim that a friend‘s dog chewed up.

Without hesitation they were able to evaluate the damage and give me an on the spot assessment/quote for cost. The very next day they showed up and repaired the trim in record time and made it good as new at a more than fair price.

Would highly recommend Timber Ridge to anyone for their quality of work and timeliness.

Travis is great, there is nothing he can't fix, build or improve! He helped get our house ready to sell and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend him!

Travis did an amazing job with our bathroom. We came up with a vision of how we wanted the bathroom to look and Travis made it happen. He took his time and made sure all the details were on point. When it came to the game plan, each day he showed up, he would do a walk through on what was next to get done and how long it would take him to do it. Travis had great communication with us throughout the entire project, and even when the project was done let us know if we spotted anything that was off he would come back and fix it. I’d say hands down best contractor we’ve ever had!

Veteran owned, honest, friendly professional plumber that will respond for those smaller jobs too! A rarity these days. I had several smaller leaks and shut off valve issues, he came over quickly , walked us through what needed to be done so if we ever encountered some of these problems again we might even be able to help ourselves ! He even advised us to check all of our shut off valves and of course , none would shut off completely. He explained that is a frequent issue because they aren’t used that often. I’ll be calling him back for installation of some upgraded fixtures! He is good value and much quicker then we could ever be . Guess you could call Brian the people’s plumber! 😁 As a senior we appreciate his “I hate to see people cheated on prices “ approach .

I can’t recommend Brian enough! Other companies failed our backflow test because they said they couldn’t test it due to missing handles, but Brian came out the same day I requested service and figured out how to get it done. He could have easily said the whole assembly needed to be replaced, but instead he went above and beyond to solve the problem honestly and professionally. Hardworking, fair, and reliable—he’s definitely got a repeat customer in me. Great guy and outstanding service!
