I had such a great experience with Arrows Home Air! From start to finish, their team — Eric and Enrique — worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and delivered outstanding quality. Fernando was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the whole process from beginning to end.

What impressed me most was their honesty and attention to detail — no upselling, just exactly what I needed. My heating system is running perfectly, the new A/C keeps my home cool, and the clean air ducts make the whole house feel fresher.

Finally had to replace our heat pump, furnace and water heater since we purchased the home 10yrs ago. Scheduling and payment was super easy. Crew was great, they found some things that weren’t done correctly by the company the previous owner’s used. They went out of their way to correct it. They were neat and didn’t leave a mess, couldn’t tell they were even there after everything was done. Would highly recommend!

I needed a new bathroom fan installed. I called Fernando Owner of Arrows Home Air. He was able to get me scheduled right away. His employees showed up right on time and began prepping my home. They laid down coverings throughout the hallways to ensure they did not track in dirt. They were kind, efficient and did a wonderful job! Fernando was absolutely amazing. He was accommodating to our needs and preferences (even went so far as to put the outside AC system on the other side of the house just because I didn't want to ruin the backyard vibe haha) and was literally just the best. His crew was super kind and respectful. I am new to Salem and was referred to Arrows Home Air LLC. Here is where I met Fernando and asked him for help with my air conditioner. He was very helpful. Not only did he check the thermostat, but the furnace and air conditioner. He was also helpful in explaining how it works, recommended a low cost more efficient thermostat which took more than an hour and did it from the kindness of his heart. Not only efficient, thorough and very professional. Next I met Erik who installed my new efficient thermostat which took over an hour also. He too was efficient, he also checked the furnace and air conditioner. He also helped me load the app which is always a pain in the neck and was very patient with me but it got done. He didn't want to do any short cuts and waited for the app to be installed. Erik also did all this work from the bottom of his heart. How I became so fortunate to have met these professional men. I am recommending this company to everyone.

I woke up with my heater not on and tried to troubleshoot it myself. I called Fernando and he promptly called back. He came over within 10 minutes to fix my thermostat. Made sure everything else was in proper working condition and informed me of all the incentives available to me in the future. I’ll always call him for any AC or Furnace needs!!

Fernando and his crew did an amazing job installing the central air in my home. He was quick to schedule us and answered every question I had promptly. He was nice enough to bring us the right filter grille and extra filters without charging extra. After living in my home for 10 years and the house never having central air there was a lot to do to make sure we were up to code and he did it all in a day. We got 4 bids and Fernando was by far the best knowledgeable with the best warranty. I couldn't be happier with my choice!

This is the best HVAC company I have ever used!! I talked to Fernando first to find out if he could replace a wire from the air conditioner outside to the heater in the garage.
He said absolutely, and i also asked him if he could look At the bedroom upstairs because it’s a large room but doesn’t get cool in the summer in heat in the winter.
Instead of selling me a fancy new air conditioner that I could’ve put up in the room. He said let’s try adding one more vent to that room because it’s a big room with only one vent.
That’s exactly what we did and it works wonderful!
His crew Enrique and Eric performed the work. They were very conscientious about their work and about taking care of this home!
When they did they were replacing the wire that goes from the air conditioner to the heater , they noticed That there was a leak by the heater. It had been there a long time.
I had a plumber come out at one point and try to fix that, but they didn’t totally fix it.
Enrique and Eric Fixed the leak along with running the wire, they did a fantastic job!
I would totally recommend this company and the crew that he has working for him!

The system has been up and running for three years with no problems and keeps our home perfectly warm in the cooler weather and when needed cool in the summer months! In summary, I found Sean to be no-nonsense, knowledgeable in all aspects of Hvac, and very efficient. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Sean. He was not referred to me. I just found him by googling. And, when I called, he answered and we set a time just a couple of days ahead. He arrived at the appointed time. My issue was that the upstairs was hot in the summer and cold in the winter. He climbed up in the attic, examined the ducts, repaired one. Then, he examined the furnace in the garage. He ascertained that the original installer had done an inadequate job fabricating the splitter that divided air flow between up and downstairs. He replaced that with one that he fabricated on the spot. He then checked the control board and found that it could be configured for a higher fan speed, which he set. Lastly, he patched numerous small leaks around the furnace. Did I say he did all of this quickly? I considered him to be a gem, and I would certainly use him again.

Sean was very professional and provided a detailed explanation of repairs. His knowledge and ability to find the best remediation repair are a rare commodity today. He will listen to your concerns and help you to get your HVAC running to where it needs to be. He went the extra mile so I will definitely be calling if I need service to my HVAC.
