Ryan from TG Skyles Inc is awesome and I recommend him for any HVAC needs! It was immediately clear that he is an expert and got right to fixing our broken thermostat/HVAC. Right away I felt comfortable welcoming him in, and he was so kind and patient with my kids - even answering all of my curious daughter’s questions. Thanks to Ryan, my family will no longer have to brave the freezing temps at night and will instead be comfortable in a well heated home. Thank you Ryan at TG Skyles Inc!!

Thanks to Ryan for getting our furnace running again on a day when temps were in the 20s and there was a potential ice storm coming. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had the parts with him so he could fix it on the spot. Again, thanks to Ryan, we have a warm house!! I will not hesitate to call on TG Skyles for any future needs.

Ryan was punctual, professional, polite and explained everything completely that needed to be done to our system during our emergency repair visit. He didn't try to upsell anything that wasn't necessary despite our furnace being really old. I would recommend this company to our family and friends without hesitation.

TG Skyles was fantastic. After calling several HVAC companies who couldn't fit me in to repair a nonworking furnace in December, I called this team. Ron came out and was personable, thorough and mindful of costs. He did a great job. Absolutely recommend.

This crew is amazing. Ryan and Ron both came out to assess our system. On short notice. Multiple quotes (for different systems) given during the visit, and sent to email to review. They were patient with us while the landlord made his decision.

If I could give Ryan more than five stars, I absolutely would! He came out to inspect my 1987 original HVAC system (yes, you read that right—practically an antique at this point), and I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable, professional, and all-around awesome technician.

From the moment he arrived, Ryan was friendly, thorough, and clearly knew his stuff. He took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense, never once making me feel like I was being talked down to. He carefully went through my system, checking every detail, and gave me honest recommendations without any pressure or upselling.

It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their work and their customers, but Ryan is one of those people. If you need an HVAC inspection, repair, or just a trustworthy expert to give you the real deal, do yourself a favor and ask for Ryan. He’s the kind of technician you hope for but rarely find.

Ron stopped by at the end of his shift and fixed my furnace. It was cold in my house during December and I have 2 kids. He didn't have to do that but he did and he had a great attitude and was just awesome about the situation. I felt like he took my since of urgency to get the heat back on in my house seriously and was super cool about all of it. Really appreciated all the efforts from everyone. I had an appointment for the next day but really needed my heat back on in my house. It was 36 degrees out side and 56 degrees in my house. The lady that took my call must have reached out to Ron without my knowledge and called me back about 20 minutes after I got off the phone with her. So her efforts were just as important and awesome as Ron's willingness to take another service call. Only thing to make this experience better if it was free 😉 thank you tonboth these rad humans. They represented your company with top notch awesomeness. Will call you for future issues, fingers crossed not....and will recommend yall to anyone I know. I really appreciate Ryan and TG Skyles for braving the snowy roads this morning to get my parents’ furnace back up and running. They were freezing this morning, but are now nice and cozy again. They were taken care of same day. Very much appreciated, and I highly recommend them!

I have zero complaints. I called and withing 24 hours I had a service technician out at my house. He was professional and informative. The coast of everything was exactly what I was told it would be. No unexpected upcharging, no sales pitch on unnecessary stuff. I will definitely use them with any of my heating or cooling needs. Thank you guys

Ron fixed my AC unit and thermostat after another horrible company (Sky Heating & Air) did not!! Ron diagnosed the issue in 15 mins had my unit working right away! I also needed a new thermostat, the OTHER company didn't even check it!! USE TG SKYLES FOR ALL YOUR AC AND HEATING NEEDS, THEY ARE AWESOME!!!! Thank you, Ron, Ryan and Rebecca!!

I filled out my service request through First American Home Warranty and got a call back with in a hour to set up a service appointment that day which never happens. Ryan sent photo identifying himself and was there as scheduled with booties on his feet ready to work. He diagnosed problem and got approval for the repair and returned late that evening to complete the repair. I have never had a service call completed so fast in the fifteen years I have had this warranty. So super thumbs up for Ryan and his amazing customer service.

Ryan was great to work with. When I first reached out, he was very responsive and available to come out same day. Ryan is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He needed a part to resolve our issue, and was back out with the part the very next business day. I highly recommend TG Skyles for any furnace issues.

2026 - 1 year later and I still recommend this company!!
Edit - AMAZING COMPANY! they had to come back because there was actually another issue. The other issue is because the original installer did not do what was right to begin with. The company that I had paid to "maintain" the system twice a year did anything but. The guys at TG Skyles figured it all out, actually did a true maintenance on the system and it IS working how it was supposed to work to begin with. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

This company is AMAZING! My heater went out and my house was quickly dropping temp... They took a very short notice job, which no other company I called would accept. They had a Tech (Ron) out to my house in less than 3 hours from the time I called. Ron was amazing, he was friendly with my kids and dog. He was able to listen to me, diagnose the problem, and get my kids and I heat within a few short hours! I am so thankful for this company. They truly care, they are honest, and very knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend! Thank you, Ron and TG Skyles!
