I called them left a voicemail early in the morning. They called back almost right after opening time and a technician come out same day. Nathan fixed our heater with no issues and very professional. Also, Monica help us tremendously with payment options. I will go with them again for all our heating/ac needs and recommend them highly!

Nathan came out to my business and immediately was very professional and courteous. He knew the unit and fixed some obvious problems right away, then spent detailed time on troubleshooting the unknown problems.
He left with the part needing to be replaced to get it exchanged. I have no doubts about using them in the future.

Good communication on the service time and date. They did not secure the base of the compressor stand (even after I mentioned it to them both on the phone and in person) so I will have to fix that myself.

I recently had a new HVAC system installed to replace that Old Boiler. Dylan Studer came to give me an estimate, and he was very Professional and Courteous. He answered all my questions during and after the appointment.
After my decision to go with this company, I met with Brian Miles, Installation Manager. He too was Top-Notch Professional and knowledgeable and was able to break down the install process to me. he offered suggestions on how to best achieve a nice, tight unobtrusive fit of the venting system in the basement. My basement has high ceilings, and I wanted the install to keep that same flavor.
After scheduling a week to have the work done, I received a text of photos and names of the two Staff that were to do the installation. They were Colby and Dennis, and they too, carried the flag of Professionalism and Courtesy as they dealt with all my questions and concerns. These guys were True Craftsman at what they do, and it shows in the Quality of their Work.
Got it all done and up and cooling and I am very pleased. I would not hesitate to refer this company to anyone. They know what they're doing, and they make things happen.

Scott's is expensive - no Senior discount and would rate 5 Stars if not for that. Damien, the service technician, was very knowledgeable and one of the most thorough ones we've had. He was excellent! He did the best job that we have had.

Great service. Had repairs done on a free standing gas stove. The repair led to a few other things needing repair and the service technician was fantastic in explaining the complications. Prompt and courteous.

Nathan came to my house figured out what was going on with my heating system and had the part in stock in his van . He had it repaired in no time flat .Nathan is a very humble young man . I'm a Vietnam vet and he thanked me for my service. I give Nathan 10 out of 10. Thank you.

Josh from Scott's to fix a furnace that wasn't working properly. He was able to come just two days after we called and quickly fixed the issue. He was very friendly and stayed for a little while to make sure our heater was working correctly. The price was fair, and I would highly recommend Scott's Heating and Air!

Return customer of many years. Great service work on all equipment over the years. Always had friendly techs willing to answer any questions and offer technical advice when needed. Very quick work and rates are very affordable.

Kaleb came after hours last night and diagnosed the problem. He was back this morning and fixed the furnace It is a blessing to have heat. This young man went beyond the call of duty and was pleasant the whole time keeping us completely informed. Thank you Kaleb and Scott’s for wonderful service

Have not received a bill yet, so can't respond to survey. Was not to happy with the first maintenance effort. We were left with crazy sounds coming from our furnace and a very strong diesel smell.
We did get a very quick response to our problem and so far the furnace seems to be back in order.
The maintenance workers were really good to work with and did their best.
I was also really pleased with being told there would be no charge for the second trip out, except for the belt.
We know things can happen but all in all Scott's worked hard to make things right.
