My dad, the patriarch of the family who was also a Jack of all trades and could fix literally anything recently died of Cancer. My mom is absolutely lost without him and has been having electrical issues the last several months since he passed. Phil and Austin came out this morning and diagnosed the issue, told her exactly what to do to prevent it and even diagnosed her heater stand alone unit saying the unit only needs a new regulator, not to be replaced completely. Central Oregon Heating and Cooling formerly told her she needed to replace the whole unit...at a high expense that would have been a burden on a poor widow. Phil, being a veteran himself (THANK YOU Phil--for your service!) decided not to charge my mom for their services today in Lieu of my dad also being a Veteran and having passed so recenly. This kind gesture speaks VOLUMES about the Character and integrity of this company and it's employees.

These gentleman's knowledge, expertise as well as resounding compassion has created customers for LIFE! Not for my mother and I only but we'll be sure to recommend this company to all our friends and family as well!

There ARE STILL honest, compassionate people in this world and you're living PROOF!!

They came out quickly as we were in the process of selling our house and completed all the work in a professional manner. I would recommend Jarrett Electric to anyone needing work completed.

Great company to work with. Friendly and professional. I had them come out to fix some wiring that went bad in a home we just bought. They got it done at a very reasonable price. I had them come out again to balance the load on a breaker. They looked at the issue and realized they could fix the problem I described for much less money. Bonus!

Didn't show up for the scheduled quote/evaluation appointment so I called was told they should've called earlier but didn't because they got busy and my project was going to be too expensive & difficult that I should go with the first higher priced electricians quote. All of this before they even came out to see what i was requesting. They wasted my time and very unprofessional. So much for trying to support a local business.

5/13/24 UPDATE: 10 STARS!!!! Phil and Austin just completed another project for me. And just as before, they offer friendly, efficient work done RIGHT the first time at a very reasonable price. There is no comparison between them and other electricians I've hired over the past 23+ years. Karen the office manager called to tell me that Austin would be there in 15 mins. Austin was exactly on time, and was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Very professional crew. They did the work for a difficult assignment very well, and even beat the estimate by $200. Attention to the smallest detail. Cleanup exceeded expectations its like no work had taken place.
Also impressed from my afternoon call resulted in them on my job the next day.

I asked for an onsite estimate and was so impressed with the owner, (who was the one that came out, I know I got lucky!) The fairness of the estimated cost. I expect the service will be as good.

I LOVED working with Jarrett! They were patient with our organizations timeline. They gave us a quote and then adjusted the quote when we had a change. They showed up when they said they would AND completed the job in a timely manner! They were pleasant people to communicate with and checked in with us to see how things were going. They made a minor adjustments to the angle of our outside security lighting, keeping us in good standing with our neighbors! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

They took the time go go over my options to connect two shops on our property, even coming out a second time to make sure everything was exactly what we needed.

Then their crew showed up today, real nice guys, did a clean job and got it finished on schedule for a really reasonable rate.

I wish I could give 10 stars honestly. Day before Thanksgiving, end of business day and I had a MAJOR issue in my panel box.Turns out my house could have burned literally same night. Austin showed up fast, and so professional. He fixed my problem, diagnosed exactly what needs to be done next and fixed additional outlets. I will NEVER use anyone else!
