Jarrett Electric came out on the same day that i called to troubleshoot an issue I was having with my panel. Turns out it was outdated and needed replaced. Everyone was so helpful during this process and thank you to Anna in the office who was kind enough to explain things to me so I could understand. Working with them was like turning a nightmare into a dream. I most definitely will be recommending Jarrett Electric to my friends and family.

I was having an issue with my lights flickering intermittently and other small issues related to this problem. I did a search for electricians in my area and came upon Jerrett Electric and gave them a call. I was able to get an appointment sooner than I expected. I made the appointment on a Friday and they came to see me on Monday. Phil came in and checked my breaker box inside the house and didn't find any problems there. Then since I live in a manufactured home he went outside to check the meter box on the pole. That's where he found a loose connection and was able to solve and fix my problem. I am very happy with the service I received from Phil at Jerrett Electric and will definitely call them again when problems arise.

Jarrett recently wired my new shop and installed new electric service. They actually have a full-time office manager who answers the phone when you call, which is SO much better than just about everyone else. When you call most electricians, they are out on a job site, and want you to send your info to them via text. And then a few of them actually get back to you. Others never do. Having a responsive person makes all the difference, and means that you can actually coordinate and schedule things. Jarrett came when they said they would, and did the work in the timeline promised. Great experience.

I'd heard good things about Jarrett Electric from my neighbors in La Pine when we had a place there. I called because we needed an EV charger at our new home in Diamond Peaks in Crescent Lake. They were prompt, professional and did a terrific job. They even sent me a custom video of their work because I couldn't be there for the install. I'd hire them again in a New York second!
