I have used Mr. Cuong for several of many of my outdoor projects and yard maintenance services over the years and they have always done a fabulous job. They always completed the jobs on time and as promised, always within budget. The crew always left the area clean and neat while the project was being installed. Highly recommended.

Loved working with Mr. Cuong! I'm not sure about the reviews regarding lack of contact, as he was prompt with his replies, on time for both the quote and actual work, and was able to stick to my budget.

The Natural Landscape team were able to complete the work to my rental property in a timely fashion, and the tenets have actually praised the work and we love the added value to the house. Very responsive. Sent an email at 8pm and next morning had an email response at 7am. Called and scheduled for them to come out and repair our broken sprinkler valve the NEXT MORNING. He showed up was very nice and fixed our broken sprinkler valve. He showed us what the problem was and was very kind. Would 100 recommend to anyone.

Our Townhome Association (Churchill Downs Townhome Association) recently employed JJL to improve our irrigation system for greater efficiency as well as conservation. As the lead for our landscaping committee I was searching for a dependable and professional crew to attend to our needs. After examining our options for providers, we as a Board selected JJL and it’s the best decision we could have possibly made.
After months of working with JJL, I can now make an honest assessment of the services provided. With regard to quality of work, it is far above standards. All services have been cost effective and the frequent consults (at no charge) we receive keep our association ahead of any potential problems that may arise.

Used Jerry and his team last summer to fix and replace some sprinklers that were “removed” by my deck contractor. This contractor recommended Jerry to get my irrigation system up and working again.
Jerry came and gave me a detailed quote for the work he would be doing. Along with the replacement of sprinklers, he fixed a zone that was not working and added some sprinklers to correct some coverage issues. His tech came out on the day he promised and on time. He took his time to do the job right.
What prompted me to write the review was the follow-up provided today. I took my sprinkler out of hibernation and one zone would not turn off. Called Jerry and he talked me through finding the defective valve and troubleshooting it. It was still stuck on. I knew he was busy but he stopped by because he was close by with another client. He found the issue immediately, fixed it, and didn’t charge me (and didn’t criticize me for probably causing the issue).
Just a word about scheduling. Jerry is awfully busy with customers so we waited I believe four weeks before he could get his technician out—but we’re happy we waited due to the professionalism before, during, and after the job.
