Reviews of local pros in Lowell, Oregon

Levi came out and fixed my garbage disposal and clogged drains. Was very prompt and professional. He was quick to figure out the issue and remedy it. Will be using them for all my plumbing needs.

I had backup and needed help. I was so worried but they provided reassurance at a time in need! Not only did they get me in fast but got the problem fixed in not time at all! I will be keeping this business as my go to service if I ever need to! Fast, efficient, kind, and professional service provided with great integrity!

Great guy. Honest and fair prices. He is always my first call!! Thank you Levi for being a stand up guy!!

So far they have been very accommodating. I called them for a simple water leak which turned out to be a really bad water leak. Thus making it a much Bigger Job. Ievi, was very helpful recommending the right Special help we needed. He recommended several Companies that did restoration work and clean up. Levi will be back to install my New toilet when all the restoration work is done. Everything got put on a fast track due to me being in a power chair and can only use that bathroom. Thank you again. Benchmark plumbing 2.0 were very knowledgeable and helpful. They showed and did the job in a timely manner and the work was professional as well. Definitely recommend!

Levi came out on a Sunday night, 30 minutes out of town without any hesitation and with nothing but kindness. There is nothing plumbing that this guy can’t do, from big projects, small intricate projects, and the emergencies in between. Definitely recommend supporting the small companies and BM 2.0 is the way to go!

Levi is very knowledgeable and fixed the water pressure in my shower. He found the problem fast and left it working as new. I highly recommend him. 👌 Excelente plomero, lo recomiendo!

Great folks. I called them about a leak and said I can isolate and it's not an emergency! 30 minutes later I git a text and the owner called and said we will be there in 2 hours. It was 1.5 hours but that's alway cool. These folks are my plumbers now . Ty so much.

Really kind and knowledgeable folks. They gave us an information about some potential plumbing issues we may encounter. Instead of scaring us into a huge, expensive project they just said we should start saving and reassured us we can do this project in pieces and not to worry about it now. Most people try and get you with your emotions and have you worry but they put us at ease while also preparing us with some heavy news about our 25 year old plumbing. They were very helpful and professional. We’ll be happy to call them again.

I would like to thank the two young gentlemen that came to my house very professional. Got everything done that I asked. No problems. Good price. I don't have much more to say but outstanding. Thank you guys so much for your workmanship. Five stars.

Levi and his crew did an outstanding job. They were done quicker than I anticipated. And they were fair in their pricing.

Very thorough and knowledgeable. We will definitely use him from now on.

They were there when I needed them!! I now have a new kitchen faucet and no leaks!

I have used this company several times. We have a few rentals, our personal home and a small business. Levi has always done a great job start to finish. From the point of scheduling the appointment to clean up after the job. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs you may have. He is straight forward, honest and a hard worker. He does what he says he's going to do!

I recommended Benchmark Plumbing to my senior friend. Levi was able to fix both faucets and my friend is happy with the quality and price !
The house is over 60 years old. Some parts were obsolete. She said they are amazing. ! Thank you again Benchmark ! You rock !
