I hired Levi to fix a leak coming from the upstairs shower into the kitchen downstairs. I was met with absolutely professionalism from the beginning. He communicated with me clearly and even explained to me several different options I had for repairs and what he recommended. Not once did I feel pressured into spending more money and not once was I unclear on how and why items were getting repaired. I received text messages reminding me of our appointment and once he was about 10 minutes away which was helpful in planning my day.

He didn’t leave a speck of dust behind when he came for the estimate or after he completed the repairs. He was extremely pleasant to have around and even gave my dog some affection! The whole time he was in my house it felt more like a trustworthy life long friend than it did a plumber I hired. I would and have HIGHLY recommended him to everyone I know. Levi and his team were both personable and professional, took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns, and exceeded my expectations instead of my budget with their work. They were also incredibly courteous of the other workers on the project, and their equipment/transportation all seemed very top notch and well kept. Benchmark Plumbing put in a new bathroom sink for us. We have really old plumbing so I was not going to tackle this myself. From the moment Travis and Ryan walked up to our front door till they drove away they were professional. They were very patient with all my questions, they explained the steps along the way, Travis even gave me different options and their price differences. Wednesday was the day before thanksgiving. I was supposed to be on the road for vacation at 5:00am, but the night before, the hot water heater was only putting out tepid water. I had used this company once before 2 years ago to snake out a drain. They did great that time too.

I checked their website to see their open time was 8:00. I called immediately Wednesday morning at 8:00. They answered on the first ring, checked his schedule and said he would come by to diagnose our situation.

Within minutes of their arrival they had determined a few things for us. The lower heating element had rusted out, the circuit breaker for the water heater was mislabeled, and replacing both elements and thermostats would get us the longest lasting results.

They are great with pets. Our dog is a bit of a jumper, and they were very courteous.

They gave us the rundown on what needed to be done and gave us a few options with pricing.

They recommended using American made parts for top quality repairs.

They were so very accommodating of our situation and did not charge any type of additional “emergency” fee that I expected during a holiday.

Any time I need an emergency plumber, I will be calling Levi and Travis every time.

They also sent me pictures of the rusted out parts so I can file a parts warranty with the water heater manufacturer.

In December 2025, I thought I had a leak at the base of my toilet. I called Benchmark Plumbing and they came out the next day, even arriving earlier than expected (they called first to verify early arrival was ok). They found there was no leak at the base of the toilet.
I'd planned on replacing this old toilet with a new one for some time. They said they could go get a new toilet and install it right away. So within a couple of hours of their first arrival I had a new modern toilet installed. Levi and Ryan did exceptional work. Excellent installation and cleanup, and they hauled away the old toilet. Very nice to deal with Levi, the owner of the company and his apprentice, Ryan.

February 2026...
I had Benchmark Plumbing install a new shutoff valve at my water meter box, and they replaced two outside faucets with frost free style. While under the house, they noticed the bathroom and kitchen sink drains had been leaking for some time since the 60+ year old pipes had corroded. They recommended I contact Dry Pro to clean up the water and sink debris under the house. When Dry Pro finished, they coordinated with Benchmark to come back. Then Levi and his apprentice Ryan replaced the worn-out piping under the house. They were very efficient and explained everything before and during the work. I've dealt with a number of plumbers over the years and have never had the pleasure to work with someone like Levi and Ryan from Benchmark Plumbing. As I said, Levi carefully explained the work to be done, offering an option that would save time and money on the drain pipe repair. After these service visits from Benchmark Plumbing and getting to know Levi and Ryan, I feel like I had my plumbing repair done by a couple of old friends. I'm very glad I found Benchmark Plumbing and highly recommend them.

Perfect! Levi and Ryan replaced my faucet, inspected my water heater, and gave me much needed information about what I might need to deal with in the future. Levi came out and installed my new dishwasher and hauled away the old appliance. While he was here he also gave me helpful advice that my leaking shower has a lifetime warranty. After calling the number he gave me, Moen promptly arranged to send free parts which Levi will be able to install which will save me money. I am very impressed with the extra care, service and attention to detail that he gave.

Levi with Benchmark Plumbing was fast and in action. I had a Water Heater go bad and with a family of 10, no one could shower. He was very professional and informative. He rushed out and completed the job beyond my expectations. Worked on my water lines and shut valve of on top and brought it back to code with straps and a Thermal expansion tank. Explained everything in terms i could understand and did everything in a timely matter.
I am 100% happy and impressed by Benchmark Plumbing. I will never go anywhere else.
