Very helpful with questions at their retail shop. Bring pictures of everything to help when sourcing correct parts. Great Experience... Thank you so much for your knowledgeable team!

The best shop in town. Highly professional, & knowledgeable staff.

Charged my 93 year old grandmother 175$ to flip her reset switch on her disposal.

Thank you Aaron and company for your great service. Got me out of a pinch quickly and did a professional job. Great people and great service.

Had the part they had to order for 3 days finally got it in very expensive. Even the 2in nipple cost me $10 it would not be my first choice for plumbing supplies.

Had a bladder tank that went bad and ruptured leaking water in garage floor every time heavy water usage. The psi switch was kicking the pump on-off but due to the psi gauge being bad, it was going to 100 psi(after we replaced the psi switch & gauge). The bladder tank being bad as well as a leak from the vent valve on the filter system, and ended up not knowing what the problem was. Yet still charge $250 and only Jerry rigged a drain lime to catch water from the vent 1/4 turn bleed valve, that was sealed prior to their "service call". Everytime the water was turned on the pump was cycling, basic plumbing 101 with a well system bladder psi, pump on off psi, gauge. Is like riding a bike, simple and easy things to fix but didn't do a damn thing. Wouldn't recommend them to do any plumbing on a well system!!!! Maybe they can change toilet valves I don't know .
But taking advantage of a female friend of mine puts you on the lowest of professionalism there is! shame on you -
A little on the spendy side. But well worth it. The folks at Gormley are knowledgeable, friendly, and professionals. They give great customer service. We are blessed to have them as a resource in our community.

David came to help us with a mystery plumbing issue. He solved it, fixed it, and made sure there were no other problems before he left. Super service, good price, a real gentleman!

Bill is amazing! I honestly cannot say enough good things about him. He is prompt, polite, professional, funny, and above all else amazing at his job. Thank you, Bill, my husband and I are thankful for your expertise.

Brad from Gormley was professional and informative, helping us with a sump pump issue, as well as asked for advice. Thanks to him and your team for the service.
-
Good customer service this time. Past service person was not a nice person...glad to see him unavailable. Costs are a little high, but at least you get help.

Bill from Gormley Plumbing has been out to my elderly mother's place in Yamhill twice in the last couple of years. Both he and the office staff have been very responsive and helpful in their communications with my mother and me. I wouldn't consider calling anyone else for plumbing help in the Mac area.

I live in McMinnville and today I had Gormley come out to take care of a loud squeal emanating from my house plumbing every time I turned a faucet on. Aaron is a very capable and professional plumber and he fixed the problem by adjusting the pressure valve under my house. Good job Aaron!

Lost hot water in january. needed wall replumbed. They scheduled me out 9 days, then called that morning to tell me it would be another 2 weeks before they came out. Zero concern for the customer.

Gormley Plumbing recently provided me with a reminder that you don't always get what you pay for. I paid a premium price for less than premium service. It took two visits by Gormley's folks to clear a 25 foot section of sewer line. Wipes flushed by a prior owner caused the blockage. The cost of the 1st service visit in May of this year: $327. The cost of the 2nd service visit earlier this week: $315. A service slip from the 1st visit refers to extending the snake device 75' down the line (the house line meets the main line in 25' so 50' of the snake's travel must have been in the main line!) The most recent service resulted in "a half a bucket of wipes" being removed from the 25 foot system - no roots, no mud, no indication of a sewer line failure. I paid the bill and then called Gormley's office. My retired mother owns and lives solo in the house and flushes toilet paper only. Gormley's position was that those wipes must have entered the system between the May and October service visits. My position knowing the house and the occupant is - no way, Gormley didn't get it clear the first time.

These folks are great. Called them with a work emergency several times and they showed up on time and did not waste time on the clock. Even had one gentleman show up at midnight to help with a leaking tank. I'll consistently use this company.

Gromley plumbing needs to do background checks on their new hires they send into homes regularly where women and children are home alone. You do owe your customer’s a Standard Level of Safety….
Sinful. -
I can't say enough good things about my experience; Tim the plumber arrived in a timely fashion, was courteous, knowledgeable, professional, efficient and the price was reasonable.
There is a reason this company has been in business for over 100 years and it's people like Tim that will contribute to the company's mission for the next 100!
Bravo Zulu Gormley!

DO NOT CALL GORMLEY PLUMBING! Operators answering the phones know nothing about plumbing are very inconvenienced by having to answer questions. Sighing and complaining….you will never meet or speak to a plumber. Gormley office staffers will not remember their price quotes, where your hot water heater is, or who they sent to your job. TOO EXPENSIVE. Call another other plumber. He will cost less and be much nicer to work with. Once you get that Gormley invoice with huge totals you weren't expecting, you have to just pay it, because at that point, they won't discuss their estimates, guesstimates or promises.

I needed a plumber to fix the Kitchen sink, one of their competitor said that I needed a 500+$ job on my sewage lines, Gormley came and snaked the line for 145$ and inspected the line letting me know that my sewage line was fine.
Prompt, honest and effective, i can recommend this company with confidence.
