I have to say this was the easiest experience I’ve ever had! I called Chris left a message. He called back within five minutes! by 2 o’clock the next day. It was all done and it looks fabulous! I highly recommend him. And he communicated with pictures through the whole process. It was great!!

Chris was working at a neighbor's home and I admired his work. He gave me a very good estimate after looking at the scope of the work thoroughly and then scheduled me quickly. The work (power washing pool area, walkways and driveway; treating roof; cleaning gutters) was done efficiently and very well. I was delighted! Will definitely call on him again! Highly recommended.

Chris was super fast in responding to my email request for an estimate to treat my roof for moss as well as for pressure washing my patios. He also gave me a bid to clean and brighten up my gutters. He showed up to my house exactly on time and was clearly an organized and professional individual. I received his estimate later that day as he promised and he even followed up to make sure that I had received it. His gave me several options for the work I wanted completed. His pricing was exceedingly fair. He was able to come out to my house in short order and did a fantastic job. He took pictures during the job to show me his progress.

I had another opportunity to use Chris on my rental home that was having a lot of moss buildup. He responded to my call very fast and had me scheduled right away. He did a great job as I expected. The tenant even reached out to me to tell me how much she liked Chris and how professional he was. I give A+ Exterior Cleaning an A+++!

Chris at A+ Exterior Cleaning is very professional and kind. I got 3 quotes to have quite a bit of moss removed from my roof and have my gutters cleaned. Chris is the only one who actually got up on my roof to check things out before giving a quote AND he came in about 25% less than the other two companies I contacted. He also threw in a free cleaning of my solar panels. Chris also cleaned up the yard of any debris that came off the roof or out of the gutters. I would HIGHLY recommend Chris and A+ Exterior Cleaning for moss removal.

I am not in Oregon. My brother's house needed cleaning on the outside, before it goes on the market. The work was done in a timely manor and looks great.

Chris did our roof four years ago when we first bought the house, and it stayed pretty moss-free until this winter. We were glad to have him back and do it again. He took care of some extra little things while he was up there and did a great job. Service with a smile!

Update 2025: Chris came out to do my gutters again for the second year - another excellent job! I have two big oaks and 3 maples so there were lots of leaves. He not only got everything ( roof, gutters , downspouts) but left the whole front yard, sidewalk and driveway completely clean with the leaves in neat piles on the street.

First-rate! In spite of rain wind and cold, our gutters were cleaned out; the mountains of fallen leaves clogging our gutters were scooped out, then gutters & downspouts were washed and rinsed, ready for Oregon’s winter downpours. There was no sign of this messy work when the job was done. Our yard and walkways were also looking better as a result of the thoroughness employed. Very nice to work with. Great value. Highly recommend!
